The ground condition differs from location to location. Therefore, it is too risky to say three-storey house can have 2x2 m pad foundation. Please advise anyone constructing a house to get a structural engineer instead of guessing foundation needed for their house.

30 cm is the minimum thickness for footing on ground and 15 cm is the minimum thickness for footing on piles
