Theres really not much new if you're not an Nvidia user or a Security engineer. Its a boring release which is a good thing, but I'm hoping to notice some better stability and driver compatibility in the back end
Well the MESA is 24.2.3 but with Ubuntu 24.04 MESA 23.2.0; so there is some bug fixes and new features; plus with the newer Linux kernel suppose to be more power efficient.
