The match marked the last sporting event held at the iconic National Olympic Stadium in Tokyo as it makes way for a new venue for the 2020 Olympic Games and RWC 2019, the 1st Rugby World Cup to be held in Asia, in Japan.

Japan's anthem definitely sounded better. Sweet and sad, yet not weak. Instead it had an air of command and respect. The Chinese anthem was just bland and uncertain.

The japanese woman is Hirahara Ayaka and she has an amazing high pitch voice too. She sings A Summer Day from Spirited Away. Check it and you'll see. Her vocal range is amazing I was so surprised when I found this.

Chinese anthem was written during the second Sino-Japanese war (1937-1945) where the Empire of Japan was committing horrific atrocities against China. The anthem talks about solidarity and resilience which I love and the anthem is very powerful and meaningful
