Wreckfest has been playable on steam for a few years, going through various updates changes etc until this final version. Yes console release is November. This game has been modded by a few U.K. gamers to be able to race U.K. bangers on ovals.

I agree with most saying that multiplayer is more fun; however, turning on realistic damage and expert ai difficulty makes the singleplayer more enjoying imo.
1:23 immediately reminded me of Destruction Derby game on the PSOne, those tiny dirt hills, the way all the "racers" line up :) This game needs to come out now on PS4 they should not wait. The sooner the better, might get the dirty drivers of GT Sport :D
I really like this game. You should spend some time in the garage once you get some credits to upgrade your car. It's a balancing act between strengthening (and putting on weight) and upgrading the engine. I have one car that's stripped clean and built for speed, but it obviously gets destroyed instantly if I get into a crash, and one built for ramming, but it's slow with terrible handling. Obviously a mix between the two is best, but it's fun to experiment!
had a blast watching your video and I was pretty sad that it ended so quickly even though its 22 minutes long really didnt feel like it at all more like 5 minutes...great editing style good humor mate keep up the good work !

BTW, as far as the constant reversing in the lawn mower demolition derby, it is a common demo derby tactic to try to do most of the ramming with the rear end as it houses things less important than the front end on most cars. Doesn't exactly translate to lawn mowers, but maybe the AI just does it in anything it is driving.

Don't know if someone mentioned this already but the same people that made flatout made Wreckfest. Also it used to be called next car game in it's early access stage
Only gripe would be the loud clacking from the joystick on the controller, otherwise this looks like a good game for you haha. Especially after you receive a death penalty on GTS
they go backwards because in real life in demolition derby you want to protect your motor as much as possible so reversing into someone preserves your car for longer than just ramming head on.
Less ramming than Forza 7 at least.

This game is a blast! I've had it since was early access on Steam and the finished product is great. Also a huge fan of the original Flatout games.
