I agree with if he's ignoring and/or avoiding, do the same. I was at a big event last night and he was there and basically he did not spend one ounce of time with me. I sat off alone by my car to wait for fireworks display. He saw me and waved, but took off to someplace else or I think with a friend of his young daughter. Due to this, when we are at a mutual activity, I'm going to full on ignoring and avoiding him. He had an opportunity to be alone and talk and yet, again, he runs away. Whatever chaos is going on in his life, I don't care. If he does say we're friends, you don't do that shit to a friend.

No one really knows the depth of grief. 3 years can be as bad as it happened last week. Until you have had enough, enough Of grief and you realize that that there is really answered questions like my divorce caused this or if only I would of... Guilt guilt guilt. That climbing over the guilt is tougher than anybody knows. Jonathon as one who suffered horribly for 3 long years I can tell you that helping others is one of the best ways to release The GRIEF. I can see that you are grieving over so much loss,and yet your helping others. Your riches are there believe it or not. When you have had enough and you find a spiritual truth that convinces you that he is very much alive and that death Is only death to the ego and you step out of the heaven and hell religious answers that we get locked into. 🔒 you have to search and keep searching till you find Your truth about Life. He was going through a nasty divorce and I came along ... jeepers... it hurt to block him and detach. I know he was expecting me to hang on for what ??? To wait. I got this far in my aloneness sobriety and to wait when he wasn't on the same page to begin with. Good news is he was a mirror... unfortunately i still have a void to work on... How does the void go away... I feel like no matter how much I work on myself and stay alone/single.... i still come up short.some days are good and some days are just fucking void..

Hi Jonathon, I was tuned in during my morning workout:). Yes, I’ve done it (ie hot & cold). Thinking back to the times I’ve done it. If I’m really attracted to a woman I generally put my best foot forward…so to speak in the beginning (ie hot). Sometimes, after learning more about someone and more about how we interact with each other, etc…I may not see a future with this particular person (cold). Maybe doing a better job of vetting up front…as you mentioned might help avoid some of this.
I don't get sexual/ intimate with my dates. Even though I'm a very sexual person, I am waiting.....My practice is to go slow, take time to know the man..go slow, PRAY about if I should proceed to date/ court. This is working beautifully for me. No hot & cold behavior and these are very high quality men. Then again, I am a follower of Christ and I'm over 40! Not a religious fanatic..just following Our Lord.

As a man, I’m certain I don’t lack emotional intimacy and deep desire for connection. What I lack is desire to get married, live together or have kids. My dad passed away 2 years ago and he was my best friend and it was the closest person besides my grandmother that passed. Conner is your now your guardian angel watching over you. I wish I could give you a hug today. I decided when my dad passed that I will keep all of our happy memories and talk about all the happy times together with my growing up and with my kids. I believe that he does not want me to be sad instead he wants me to be happy and be the best version of myself and for my mom and his grandkids.

Gosh I wish I listened to this video 2 weeks ago when I was on my third date. I knew something was missing in our interaction and now of course 2 weeks later he hasn’t initiated contact. Ugh I feel like crying 😪 I lost my kids but not in the same way at all. I haven’t seen my eldest two kids in a year, they moved to America with their dad a year ago and I haven’t touched them in a long time. Covid has ruined any chance of uncomplicated visitation. I want to fly over and surprise them but when I do not know x

I appreciate your videos and am finding them helpful. Today’s especially so- I lost a daughter a few years ago - the anniversary date is July 2nd. Losing her changed me. Gosh I wish I listened to this video 2 weeks ago when I was on my third date. I knew something was missing in our interaction and now of course 2 weeks later he hasn’t initiated contact. He’s withdrawn because I believe we both were connected and having fun but not intentional. I attempted to be emotionally intelligent but got swept up.
