this soundtrack is one of the best in game and makes the Exarch fight so mysterious and tense at the same time. Exarch is my favorite boss in game because of stage music, his voice and his amazing skills.

Not sure I agree there. Uber Elder has one of the most iconic themes ever, and Solaris/Lunaris is phenomenal as well. So is Maven, along with Warlord/Crusader fights, ditto Redeemer.

1. Uber Elder.
2. Maven.
3. Uber Lab Izaro.
4. Crusader/Warlord.
5. Exarch.
All of the boss themes are insanely good; but these I think are the best.
Uber Elder is flat out incontestably the best boss theme in the game. Only Maven comes close, though personally I think Izaro is my favorite.
