The company has defaulted on paying interest on a $1.2 Billion loan it took back in 2021.
It was a term loan where BYJU'S had to make payments periodically and had some terms and conditions like BYJU'S had to file its financial numbers on time.
BYJU'S couldn't do it for FY-22, and so the lenders asked the company to pay back immediately after which BYJU'S took them to court.
Currently, the case is going on, and BYJU'S is trying to turn it's luck around by taking Aakash public next year and raising $1 Billion.

Byju's themselves acquired them lmfao 😂. And actually I got a zoom invitation from them after the acquisition. I was about to start my 11th class that time. They said the course will cost around ₹110000. We just told them give us a day to think and left the meeting. We never even talked about it, so we never purchased that course. 😂

I taken a course for my sister in byjus online classes, i paid an advance amount of Rs.12,000. due to some issues I cancelled a course within 3 days. The byjus sales man said that within 15 days the amount will be refund. It's happened 2 months before, still didn't get amount. Byjus pressuring me to pay EMI amount. No use of reaching byjus costomer care service. I completely stuck what to do further process. Please 🙏 let me know if any possible way to get refund legally...🙏🙏🙏
