That early marsh orchid must be a hybrid? I've never seen one look like that, thats a great find

Thank you! It may well be, although there aren't any Southern Marsh Orchid at this site, only the heath spots so would be interesting if they were.
I spoke to the county recorder about them at the time but he didn't raise any hybrid concerns, but knowing orchids it's well within their capacity!

Brilliant video, I miss my summer wanders over Bodmin moor and everything west. Next time I'm home from the US, I'll need to do a little Orchid spotting in some of my old haunts. And those NIghtjars made it something special!
