Jadyn, a very enjoyable video. You share the experience well. I was very impressed with the cabin service on your Cathay Pacific flight; the cabin crew giving out water, and your choice of sparkling evian.... Water is very important when flying. We were always told to drink mineral water throughout the flight as you dehydrate.... Excellent Video as always, Jadyn... thank you!
Hi Jayden thank you for the video yes the seats did look very comfortable makes the trip more enjoyable if your seat and leg room are good. Hope you had a good trip.
Good clear announcement from the crew member. So important. I have only heard good things about Cathay. I have not flown them yet though. Next time perhaps. Good review as usual.
Why not paint that on A350-900 & A350-1000 B777-367/ER. On HKG-MNL I would take a CX Cucumber sandwich paint Schemes over a PR Love Bus A350-900 & A350-1000ulr. Loved Cathay Pacific business class when I flew London to Honk Kong. The cabin crew remembered the names for each business passenger and would call us by name throughout the flight.
Unfortunately I didn't get the same treatment when I flew on biz class from HKG to KUL a few days ago. FA never bothered to address me by name, brought the wrong drinks twice and worst of all, forgot my main course until I asked for it after dessert (I didn't get my 1st choice & it'd be nice if she had acknowledged it). Great video, very informative. I am glad Cathay Pacific serves 2 meals for less than 7 hours flight. I flew Singapore Airlines from Singapore to Sydney on 2 Jan 2023. Duration was about 8 hours and they served one meal only (dinner) after took off. There was no breakfast or snack before landing. Cabin crews served water and orange juice on a tray to walk along the aisle instead, Also, the portion of food is much smaller than before, only a main course, bread roll with butter, cheese, biscuit and ice-cream. Cabin Crews were so rush to work, I believe they were short of staff. So, they didn't come back to serve coffee or tea. Certainly, you may ask for a cup of tea when they collected your food tray which was about 10 minutes after I received my dinner. But they would not serve you hot drink proactively. Obviously, it is cost cutting issue.
Hi Jayden. Hong Kong looks pretty cool all lit up at night as your plane took off. And the sunrise , flying over Western Australia was pretty neat too.
