    Those late race photos are never pretty 🥴definitely going to start incorporating these exercises. Thanks for the workout - always love your mental cues

    Did it yesterday. Sore between the shoulder blades 🥵. Nice workout!

      Good stuff! Might be your serratus anterior (mentioned in the video). Super important muscle that helps control your scapula. We worked that hard with the scap pushups, plus several of the other ones.
      Will help with posture tremendously 👊
