Seven years ago, the Holy Spirit told me to shut up for 90 days. It wasn't easy but I did it. At that moment I was visited by the Holy Spirit, who told me that I had been set free from the bondage of mine enemies.

That's all I thought about I was going mad !! Then god sent this to me I finally learned to listen about keeping quite .. Focus on staying quite . I no more have anymore of what trapped me 2.5 years god has sent me free Anxiety Trauma of mind . to anyone don't give up listen to this video .. This is great .I learned this the hard way. Too many words and bickering leads to an unholy insanity. Silence is the key.
