Little Eva - The Loco-Motion [Americana] 4K Remastered

Written by American songwriters Gerry Goffin and Carole King, The Loco Motion was a 1962 U.S. No. 1 hit, recorded by "Little Eva" Boyd.
Boyd was Carole King's babysitter, having been introduced to King and King's husband Gerry Goffin by The Cookies, a local girl group who would also record for the songwriters.
"The Loco-Motion" was the first release by the new Dimension Records company, whose releases were mostly penned and produced by Goffin and King. There are two common versions of the song in circulation: one includes handclaps during the verses; the other has no handclaps. King performed the backup vocals in the recording.
The song has also twice since topped the US charts, in 1974 by Grand Funk Railroad (also U.S. No. 1), and in 1988 by Kylie Minogue (U.S. No. 3).

I love this color version of Little Eva singing "The Loco-Motion" accompanied by happy people having so much fun, and dancing their cares away! This song and Chubby Checker's "Let's Twist Again" evoke the optimism and the carefree times of the early 1960s.

"DockRock1007", after you did this excellent & highly enjoyable remastering of "The Loco-Motion" ( as well as Chubby Checker's "Let's Twist Again"), I think your next project should be Chubby Checker's "Limbo Rock". I would love to watch a remastering of the original "Limbo Rock", including a group dancing to the same tune.
