    Sensitive hands could be achieved by chi sau training. Both practiser have to feel how his opponent hit.
    If the opponent’s force is not towards to the correct direction. You can ask him to adjust. When both of them do this good practice a lot, they can improve their sensitiveness of their hands.

    Lop sau is pulling him off balance when he throws a punch ?

      There are three more ways to pull your opponent off balance during the lop sau drill.

      Yes. Lop means GRAB. Lop Sao can pull and yank, and can hold onto them while our helping hand hits. 💯😁or we can pull with LOP and hit with the pull hand.
