I used to main Le Blanc years ago and it's nice to see someone showing off all the combos thanks for this in-depth guide for the community and I subbed :)
I feel like I paid you for such a high quality video, thank you so much for sharing this for free on RUclips, I really appreciate it and because of you i'll be able to finally play LeBlanc well! :)
Good one! This sort of long-form guide is really helpful, especially showing use of abilities in different situations instead of reciting the abilities descriptions and mentioning combos as just a key sequence.
Trying to learn her now after the TF nerfs. The transition from almost exclusively playing utility mages to an assassin is quite challenging. But dashing through walls in team fights is almost as cool as TF's hat. Thanks for making this guide available for free, it's extremely helpful!
Your Zoe guide especially the matchup section helped me out a lot recently and I am so thankful that you are doing one for Leblanc now which has been one of my mains for a very long time. I just want to say thank you and I can't believe this content is free. I would love to see a TF guide in the future.
No problem! I definitely want to do TF cause I was playing him a lot at end of season but I need some more games on him first. Will get there eventually tho :)
Great video! I know you're a pro but it still surprises me how you really sound like a master at your craft when describing the ins and outs of LB. I have 2 questions: 1)Even though she doesn't bully you for every CS like a Viktor/Syndra/Orianna would, she can still threaten for an all-in in so many scenarios. So shouldn't LB's threat be enough to classify her as a ''lane bully'' ? 2)I had heard of First Strike on LB against champions like Galio,Sett,Renekton,Garen , etc. and so up until recently I was only using Eletrocute and First Strike LB. But you flipped the script on me with that Aery page! My question is: aside from Lissandra, is it also viable to take it against champions like Morgana,Anivia and Malzahar? Perhaps even against Annie? Anyway, thanks for the video and I'll keep showing support!
Thanks for the kind words! I guess in regards to question 1, she could be a lane bully against certain champions, but generally she loses pretty hard to traditional lane bullies like Lucian, Syndra etc and in these lanes I'd describe her role more as a facilitator for the jungle in the early game and then becoming an assassin in the mid game. Honestly though it's kinda just semantics, she could be considered a lane bully a lot of the time. Against some of those champions you probably could, I think against Morgana and Malzahar you don't really need it. Malzahar is very easy to W into so you don't really need Aery there. Morgana I guess you could take it if you do want to win lane hard but because Morgana is mostly just going to be afk pushing I'd probably take electrocute TP and match farm. Depends on what you want though. Anivia and Annie I'm not totally sure, I'd guess Anivia you could and Annie you don't need to but I'd have to try it out. Also I've found it's very useful to take Aery vs Vex. Hope this helps!
@@ShokLeague Then I'll take it against Vex aswell. Do you just leave 1 point in Q in these situations or put 2-3 points in Q then max W? Thanks for the reply!

Hi! I was wondering if you could do an ekko guide, im trying to learn akshan and ekko this season, and your akshan vid really helped me figure out how to play better! Thanks a lot :)
hello hello, i really appreciate this vid and think it's well explained as well as relevant. ik many aspiring lb players who would definitely use this vid. ty Shok, glad to see some oce peeps crushing some content.
Really nice commentary, thanks a lot! I always find it quite hard though to set up the wave on your side on lb since she doesn't have much waveclear and many champions do outclear her ( like xerath, lux, vel etc.. ) and also I don't like that much having to rely on other players as a lane win condition ( hence I often go for tp on her to maybe avoid losing waves just to reset, or maybe to try to get some kills on other lanes... yet rip offensive tps :( ). Got any tips for it?
Yeah it can be kinda difficult in some of the harder matchups, you have to create threat with your positioning so they don't feel they can always push the wave for free but it's kind of difficult to describe. I might have to do a video on the lane phase in general.
My struggle is after laningphase (where i usually get a lead). I go sidelane until when? I want to close the games and carry. :) Fantastic video. One of the best LB videos.
Generally you want to try push the side wave into the enemy tower, then you can choose to either hit the tower if no one is contesting, or you can roam through the jungle to mid and try pick up kills/farm jungle camps. Then repeat the process.
Hi ! Nice vidéo, i was looking for this but i’m not an english native speaker, could someone explain what does he mean when he says « crossing your lane » and « if you’re versus heavy skillshot » (approximately 4:00 to 5:00) ?
Hey, sorry it wasn't clear. By heavy skillshots I mean when you're playing against a champion that has a lot of skillshots or relies on skillshots to do well in lane e.g. Syndra, Orianna, Xerath etc. At 4:30 I say "crushing your lane" (winning lane hard) but it definitely sounds like crossing your lane. Hope this helped.
Great video. Was trying some combos on the practice map and figured that RE->Q->E->Q->W if timed correctly procs Ludens twice(plus uses Q twice for extra damage). Is there any double chain combo that does more damage than this?
Hey, I know Seraphine is probably garbage in high tier, but do you think you would ever make a mid lane guide for her? Her ult can really carry low-mid elo games and I would love to perfect her as much as possible.
Hello, thank you for the guide! You mentioned during the itemization part that the armguard is good against AD assassins like Zed or Talon. With the ROA which is out now, would you still recommend it or to rush Catalyst instead?
I actually have another question: what would you do during the laning phase against a champ that perma shoves the wave? Let's say for example against a Yone that shoves every wave, you can't really trade him and it allows him to impact the map while we are stuck under turret because we have quite poor wave clear during the first levels.
Setup ganks or punish his CDs when he uses them on the wave, Yone can't impact the map well anyway so giving up prio doesn't matter much especially early game
I always wonder how good LB players decide whether to start Q or W Level 1 on LB (especially now that Q refunds mana on minion kill)... Great video, I'll come back to this a few times probably! :)
I'd probably mainly pick for lane primary and teamcomp secondary. Personally I'd blindpick LeBlanc with Kass or Vex ban. Counter mages with Syndra and counter melees/short range with Cassio.
I used to main LeBlanc but the champ feels so bad against most comps with lots of shields and cc, and so jungler reliant... I feel like I'm better off dropping her for Ahri at this point. Do you think it's really worth playing LB in ranked up to low diamond?
I think treasure hunter is so bad what you think? movespeed or ult cd? what one u thinking brother (for red tree) also what about g storm on blue tree instead of Transcendence ?
Hey kinda late question but can you explain the yasuo matchup a bit more please? I struggle hardcore against this bullshit champ. He has way better wave clear and all yasuo players dont respect gank threats so they just push you in and force you to do spells on the wave. How can you manage the wave correct against him?
You shouldn't feel forced to use spells on the wave, you just need to try CS with autos and maybe Q and save your mana and cooldowns for ganks. Obviously you can still be aggressive 1v1 if you manage to hit a chain or he wastes windwall. Try also freeze the wave outside tower if you can rather than letting it crash, that isn't always possible but it makes it impossible for him to trade back against you so you can just QW him and also makes him really gankable.
I'd say I was able to 'play' LeBlanc pretty early on, like 20 games or so. But I don't think everything became natural/second nature or basically I didn't need to think about which combos etc to use at what times after around 200+ games. Bear in mind this was to play LB at a challenger level though.
You can wqe too yeah, either if you need to proc the mark instantly or if you want to delay the chain until after they've dodged. Weq is normally better because if you are going to proc the 2nd part of your e, it'll be about 0.5 seconds faster than if you wqe. But it's all situational :)
Cosmic used to be better but it got heavily nerfed and is pretty lacking in stats. Shadowflame gives you a ton of AP and MPEN which is very valuable for LeBlanc.
They do different things, WEQ means you can start from further away. QWE is normally better if you're already in close range + they dont have an ability to cancel or dodge the W.
@@ShokLeague is W range farther than Q? Is that why it works from farther? Also at 25:38 you said you would you W E Q anyways even if you were in range

In early game W does more damage than R, so you want to start by using your R for dashing first. After level 11 it's the other way around

Probably ultimate hunter, although you could try treasure hunter.

Still not as good as Shadowflame in my opinion.

Depends how much time you have, sometimes you'll take too much damage on the way in and out for it to be worth it
