I just got the adizero chaos for this years season. They are very light, have good ankle support, good traction, and fairly comfortable. They have some flaws though with their insoles which I pretty thin and same with their tongue but overall good cleat. 9/10

Is there a noticeable difference between the add zero electric plus and electric .1? I want a high-quality that lasts a couple seasons, but don’t really know what the extra 80 bucks gets me?!

electric plus has an upper made of 1 piece where the tounge and actual cleat are fully combined and the material is slightly different its not really worth the extra miney

I used to get those when just running in general, best advice i can give is a wider cleat like some adidas cleats, as well as doing ankle stretches and exercises before you go play or run
