Terrific episode. Luxury used to represent quality but that is no longer a foregone conclusion. Brands cannot simply place their name or a logo onto a product and expect the consumer to purchase that item at an exhorbitant price simply based upon the brand name. When it comes to apparel and accessories, consumers express individuality through what they choose to wear. Brands used to help us find and define this individuality for ourselves but this is becoming less and less the case as brands become more of a uniform of sameness for the wealthy. The general consumer is tired of brands ripping off street-style and then selling this right back to them at a price that is out of touch with the general marketplace.

Tremendous. Too much disposable income reminds me of drug lords, gangsters, and crooks! However, yes, in-between there are legitimate successful individuals who have this type of money to burn! Oscar Wild if the fashion is so great then why do they change it every few months? Lol. Without seeming facetious a baboon in a silk suit is a baboon non the less!
