I wonder how much Willow's mansion will cost - I think EXTRA like an indoor pool, basement cinema, gym, huge walk-in closet, art gallery, wine cellar, library, double staired foyer, butler and maids rooms!

As to further the lore about Willow’s extensive and extravagant heritage in the neighborhood, I’d suggest naming this area/street:
Willowglen, Willowbrook, or Willowgrove

The only thing MORE impressive than your ability to do these builds is that you are able to edit it down to only 20-40 min and not lose anything we want to see

the curtains outside look good but they're weird
If you ever get this crazy urge to build all if newcrest again, may I suggest every lot is a different expansion pack. First lot base game only, then an expansion pack and base game, using base game as minimally as possible. If there is the expansion pack option it must be used, even the only toilet is a public bathroom.

Those “money trees” are beyond genius for this challenge 😂😂 I saw someone comment on one of your previous videos saying to put in a chess table and to shrink the knights so that they look like chess pieces. Might be a good idea for your 5 Million house 👀

I feel like Anna and Theo might have a bit of empty-nester sadness so I think they should adopt a cat and dog or maybe 2cats and a dog.

The way you moved the house to face “backwards” reminds me of lake houses. They look stunning from the lake side, but more subtle on the street side. Which I think makes perfect sense since they’re are on a river view area.

Hey Syd 👋🏼I would love to see you review the build and buy of new packs/kits and maybe using them in a dedicated build. We only get to hear your opinions on new stuff when you happen to use them in other builds and I think you’d have good takes/ideas. Great vid as always ☺️
Maybe Anna and Theo have adopted a couple of orphaned kids or teens? That’d be just like them to do (especially since their own kids are so spoiled) and it’d help you spend money on the house, too. And they should definitely have a couple bedrooms for the kids when they come home, a butler, a maid, definitely love the indoor greenhouse. Maybe a really classy indoor bar, too, for Theo? Though they’ve had that already in other houses… what about an indoor spa/sauna area? Love this series, Syd, and ur glasses look great!
I feel so conflicted as this series is racing towards the finishline. I've gotten frustrated for your sake with struggling to spend so much money on the latest builds and for that it will be a great catharsis moment seing it finished, but I've also enjoyed watching this series so much and I will miss it! It's definitely been one of my faves from you!

Actually in RL they'd help keep the sun out and cut your cooking bills. Very environmentally friendly.

Honestly depends on my mood, sometimes I plan it out briefly and sometimes I just go for it hehe:)
I don't know if you remember, but like 3 days ago, I commented that I was moving out of my house that I lived in for 12 years. Well, it's going great in the new apartment! It is a really pretty apartment in downtown of a city in the Netherlands, and it has a balcony! I hope that your moving journey will be awesome!
Love your builds Sid. Hopefully only those with powerful PC's attempt to play this realistically. My Pc uses 6 megs of ram with the five packs i have installed. (and i won't attempt to download this for gameplay) This game is a memory hog. So, downloader beware. I see crashes in your future. LOL

For another building maybe you can put spa n sauna meni pedi and bowling corner, everything in activities and creatives help you to fill the house, i always do that because i hate travel around just to put nail art 🥲
And massage room, butler room, because rich house have butlers r8 ~ and baby room, kids play room, chess and everything..

I know this is too late, but I'm 3 minutes into the video and I think a Rooftop Garden would be a great solution to big budget builds with small lots! Hopefully, you can do something like that if you have a similar problem in the future.
I couldnt help thinking about the part in Pride and Prejudice when Mr. Collins talked about how mant windows Rosings Park had cause windows used to be a sign of wealth. If that comment even makes sense 🤣🤣🤣
You should make this a series were you rebuild this world over and over again but each time has a different theme. For example the next want to be all modern builds you still start from the lowest dollar amount to the highest in the next could be tiny homes starting from the cheapest to most the time
Personally, I think the outside curtains look cool on the more rounded parts of the build. Anywhere else is kinda weird. Still love the build though.

I allow the windows on the sides of my houses to look bad tbh because they really do look so bad irl 😭 like the front and back need to be cute because people are gonna see that but the sides? They can be totally wonky and weird
