Amazing video, A friend of mine referred me to a financial adviser sometime ago and we got talking about investment and money. I started investing with $120k and in the first 2 months , my portfolio was reading $274,800. Crazy right!, I decided to reinvest my profit and gets more interesting. For over a year we have been working together making consistent profit just bought my second home 2 weeks ago and care for my family.
I’ve been forced to find additional sources of income as I got retrenched. I barely have time to continue trading and watch my investments since I had my second daughter. Do you think I should take a break for a while from the market and focus on other things or return whenever I have free time or is it a continuous process? Thanks.

I hear what yall are saying on price. But, as someone who grew up and still works in the Hickory Grove area, I would advise people not to move there. If you do, neighborhoods off Robinson Church Rd aren't bad and avoid anything close to Milton Rd and WT Harris Bv. Not a bad place for food though. Teddy's Pizza and Pandas Den are staples.
anything that isn't south of Morehead, east of South Blv and west of Independence blv is an avoid. Basically South Charlotte down and over the 485 toward Weddington. Even some of those areas are sketchy. Windsor Park is near Plaza Midwood. My spouse had a co-worker who lived in a house in that area that said twice he noticed someone had been in his house looking for who knows what. And then there are the schools... Outside of the southern area, school ratings are 2 and 3 out of 10! I met some people from my birth country, from small towns in the poorest area of the European Union, they had to leave WindsorPark/Plaza Midwood etc and head all the way south to Ballantyne because of crime and bad schools. Only to be disappointed that even there it's not that great and are ready to move somewhere else. Even the higher rated schools are apparently very bad. They talk about kids selling drugs on the school buses without issues. Then there are the developments with 200-400 homes going up but surrounded by the old two lane cow roads with no plans to widen them. In fact the Charlotte city council members openly talk about their hostility toward cars and car drivers. My spouse's co-worker has about 15 mile commute that often takes him an hour. The whole city of Charlotte is sketchy if we have to be honest. We're only here for the better pay compared to Florida but seriously considering moving elsewhere
Hello there, I would like to know what you guys think of the Steele Creek area? I'm planning to move to apartments around that area witch I believe they're great. What can you say ? Is it safe? Is it a god location? Etc.?
North Carolina is absolutely FULL of!!!! If you come here be prepared to sit in traffic half your life. Bugs bugs bugs !!!!!!! Snakes snakes snakes !!! Oh and the humidity is a killer. Did I mention that the traffic is TERRIBLE
This is the one. Good analysis.
Do this for the suburbs and other cities.

I'm looking to come down from New York to rent something until I am ready to buy. Do you guys help find rentals at all?
Look for homeowners that are renting their property. Stay away from the rental property companies.
Thank you
Sardis woods?? Hickory grove?? Lol
I need moving in 60 days
That is not affordable to me who can only afford a home under $250,000 so these are not for average single person unfortunately

Pretty decent area, but not very walkable, you are gonna do a lot of driving.
Is this still accurate?
Yes
Not only is it no longer affordable but we don’t have the infrastructure to support.
People walk their dogs in every neighborhood lol
Charlotte is full…go to ATL OR TEXAS😅
ATLANTA IS FULL 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 please go to Texas!
😂😂😂
@@marcagraves1654 horrible choices for both. You all should embrace those who want to move to your state. It means that you guys are impressionable.
