I’ve been listening to megahertz through this and two other channels. I’m in the healing field myself but am grounded in reality and have to experience something working or otherwise resonating with me internally. Aside from just relaxing me enough to put me to sleep, I have found that megahertz sound healings directed towards headaches have actually helped me when I have one, and the ones for internal shifts really have made some sort of impact. There is incredible power in intention and these sound healings proved the space for that. I recommend this channel, Meditative Mind and Phi Tribe. I cycle between the three daily and choose what best suits me at the time.

I fell asleep to it and woke up from a dream about him... Now I feel weird and somehow vulnerable. BUT:
The path of healing is not straight. It goes up and down, sometimes in circles and sometimes you fall back to something you thought you had healed already.
Never give up though. Great things are on their way to you already. Never stop believing in a better and brighter future because you are already closer to it than yesterday...

Look up Dr Ramini here on RUclips. She is excellent at explaining it. She was a victim and she ended up getting her doctorate in psychology and is now helping victims of narcissistic abuse.

Energy vampires are usually narcissists.
Traits of a narcissist are: Entitlement, always making the conversation about themselves, can feel like your talking to a brick wall and feels like they never truly listen. They absolutely do not respect boundaries. They will love bomb and pretend to be your friend for a few weeks and then become a different person by being more distant or mean gestures disguised as a "nice" comment. Masters of crazy talk meaning they can make you feel crazy and not understand whats going on when in turn they just know how to manipulate. Its emotional and mental abuse, they manipulate and use ppl, only to drain your energy. If you have to constantly speak up about your boundaries then you could be dealing with a narcissist. They also love to manipulate us with food tactics. What ever YOU like they will go out of their way to make sure you get complete opposite of what you asked for and blame it on an excuse or lie. Master of lies, and excuses! Im sorry if you are dealing with any narcissistic abuse. I am going through the same. 😢. One thing that does help a little is a theory called grey rock. Which basically you dont defend, dont engage, dont explain, dont personalize. You give them short blank answers and stay in a bubble of love. Be short with no emotion. They are energy vampires... Lisa A Ramona, and Christina Lopes are great teachers on RUclips to help with healing our wounds.
