It is always the darkest before the light. We still keep moving forward regardless of how dark it is, because we all know the light [is] coming. Sometimes our walk isn't as easy as the person next to us, but our path creates the amazing person we are becoming. Either you have walked the path, or just starting, life is not easy. It's a marathon, but today everyone seems to be running a dash. Slow down, take in the moment, live for the now. We don't know, nor can we control the future, only the present. Morning routine has helped me lot to get back on track 1. Wake up early 2. Drink 2 to 4 glass of water (this will help in energize you quickly and remove toxic waste) 3. Do surya namashkara atleast 12 times (simple yoga) 4. Breathing exercise (strengthening your mental health) 5. 10 mins of meditation. Start slowly and do it consistently to see positive difference in your life. 🙏🙏🙏 Doing it consistently is a KEY 🔑

And so you will be :) I also broke up with my best friend and partner in crime only 2 weeks ago. Was hard and extremely sad for both of us as for past 8 years we also thought we will have a little family anytime soon and we were more than sure that we will grow old together next to each other. Life has its own way planned and mapped out for us. Sometimes all we need to do is to remind ourselves to slow down and not to try too hard. Instead we just got to listen and follow our heart. You got to love yourself first and then you will attract all that you wish. At the moment you need to do what works for you and what makes you feel good ... then soon the happiness will follow. Now you just need to relax, prioritise and take care of yourself and no one else. If you follow all of above I'm sure that you will be absolutely ok ... very very soon ;) Believe in yourself and trust yourself! And don't overthink it. It just is what it is. It's the way life is. Maybe it gives you a sense of belonging and just this knowing that you are not alone :)

M.E. has got various similarities to MS but distinct differences also. However they're classified as being somewhere on the same spectrum, so these protocols maybe help you - I do hope so!!! Have you attended anywhere who offers you HBOT (Hyperbaric Oxygen) yet? It didn't fix me, but had to quit after 8 sessions as caught a nasty norovirus a cpl winters ago. You don't say your age or how long you've suffered from this horrid dis-ease, & where you live really does have a huge bearing on what help/support and advice can be offered to you and your individual needs and circumstances. Please know you are NOT alone and I 100% can empathise with you and your message here. Have you tried EFT/Tapping yet also? So much good stuff around for us all to try! Also please Google Dr. Joe Joe Dispenza (on youtube) he describes a particular kind of Pineal gland awakening and breathing technique that has actually brought about spontaneous remission for many people with various medical conditions. His own Self Healing journey is also remarkable. Wim Hof (is a Dutchman) also teaches a Deep Breathing technique with amazing results for many people. He is known also as The Ice Man and does fascinating workshops (if your fortunate enough) to afford or attend such specialist trainings. I just meditated to this. My intention was to embody forgiveness, release hurt, and allow love in. I felt all the ways my hurt has negatively impacted both myself and others. I forgave myself for those I've hurt with my pain. I forgave those who have harmed me with their pain. There is no separation. I set free the hurt self isolated deep within me. I unlocked the cage and the hurt expanded, rejoicing, and fell upon the landscape peacefully. I allowed love in. I wish this for all of you.

Though after 8 yrs and thousands of hours on yt, I dont know mine or my children's charts, lucky stars or even number frequency, like jesus and the woman at the well, they told me all things about me , my children my husband and sister, but theres supposed to be remedy, control, some power, the power in the elements and attributes. Stuck , searching, lost again.

We let our beloved cat, Snobben, of 21 years sleep in and go on the mysterious voyage to the other side today while playing this song softly in the background. It was a sad but beautiful moment, there was piece in the air, accompanying the sorrow. I think he found it to be a kind of good and peaceful way to go and that the music helped him. At least it helped us to both cry and feel comforted and at peace. This cat is not just our cat, he is our lifepartner and almost like a second brother to me. He and my little brother are both 21 years old and I am 25, so we grew up and played together and he was always there for me and our family. I love you so much Snobben, and I know that we'll soon meet again my beloved furry friend ❤💖💕 Later tonight we will bury his body, but his soul will forever shine, ever so brightly and his memory live on in our hearts 💕 Thank you so much for this music, it really helped make his last moments so much more magical. Truly, thank you for creating this masterpiece and I wish you all the best in this precious life! 💖 Live it and live it proudly because you never know when it's your time to go. Fear is a feeling, it can be unnatural, unjustified, and revealing flaws and virtues. It may sound like a paradox, but the only thing to be afraid of, is fear itself. Do not try not to be afraid, it may not work, instead, try to take a step back when fear comes, look at it, observe it, wonder about it, ask yourself questions about it. What circumstances trigger the fear? What interpretation do you give to it? What actions follow? Study, change the interpretation, be empowered, not primitive. Take that fear outside of you, know it, and use it.

From this day forward I am going to take action in realising my self worth, raise my self esteem and confidence and love myself like God would want me too...goid luck and blessings to every one on their journeys 🕯
Long story short, I just had muscle spasms/seizures/contractions in my lower back that radiated and spread throughout my whole lower torso from the rib cage to the bottom of the spine for the last five days. It felt like being in labor nonstop. During the second one I went to the emergency room and they made it relax. I went home feeling fine and the next day the contractions started again and again and again for three more days. In the middle of the night last night was the worst one ever, I felt like my spine was being ripped apart. I cried out, ‘dear God tell me what I need to know!’ and what popped into my head was to type in “ muscle spasm contraction relief“ on RUclips. The first thing that came up was this music, so in the middle of the night I turned it up full volume, laid it on my stomach and within 2 1/2 hours every single pain has dissolved. Thank you thank you thank you thank you!
Breathe in and out intentionally slowly and listen to your body. Its telling you something..it wants your mind to connect to it and take time to relax and move gently about. In time this practice will have you healing. Lesson: Always be mindful of self care: mind, body, soul from hereonafter. Your mind is quite powerful. Remove stressful thoughts. Practice inner peace. Look inward not outward for a quality filled life. I know, I have had the same experience more than once..because I didnt pay attention. Hugs are always good to calm the nervous system. :)

I was cleansing in prayer hand position and listened to this frequency. I saw myself sitting on grass field with pink orange and yellow skies 🌅 and I was sitting peacefully with books 📚 just in my own field. I'm listening to this to let go of a man I've loved for 41 years. We were together for 3 years during college. I became pregnant despite using protection. He was not ready for fatherhood so we broke up. I had our child. We did still see one another off and on as friends for a couple of years. I moved on knowing he would never love me as before. I have been married for all my adult life almost 59 years. I saw him at our daughter's Birthday party 4 years ago. He is the same. I was sure I had forgotten him. Yet when he spoke to me and we laughed together, my heart lept and skipped a beat. Like it did when we were young. This shocked and startled me as so much time had passed I was certain I had let go. I was embarrassed too as my husband was with me and I felt that he may sense my joy in seeing him. I think of him now too often. I need healing from this pain of losing this love, to keep our child. 1. Wake up early
2. Drink 2 to 4 glass of water (this will help in energize you quickly and remove toxic waste)
3. Do surya namashkara atleast 12 times (simple yoga)
4. Breathing exercise (strengthening your mental health)
5. 10 mins of meditation.

I also broke up with my best friend and partner in crime only 2 weeks ago. Was hard and extremely sad for both of us as for past 8 years we also thought we will have a little family anytime soon and we were more than sure that we will grow old together next to each other. Life has its own way planned and mapped out for us. Sometimes all we need to do is to remind ourselves to slow down and not to try too hard. Instead we just got to listen and follow our heart. You got to love yourself first and then you will attract all that you wish. At the moment you need to do what works for you and what makes you feel good ... then soon the happiness will follow. Now you just need to relax, prioritise and take care of yourself and no one else. If you follow all of above I'm sure that you will be absolutely ok ... very very soon ;) Believe in yourself and trust yourself! And don't overthink it. It just is what it is. It's the way life is. Maybe it gives you a sense of belonging and just this knowing that you are not alone :)

Have you attended anywhere who offers you HBOT (Hyperbaric Oxygen) yet? It didn't fix me, but had to quit after 8 sessions as caught a nasty norovirus a cpl winters ago.
However every single MS patient there apart from myself and a young woman with cancer (was having the HBOT to help her counteract the effects of chemo)...
However all the MS patients I spoke with said they ALL felt several benefits & were reluctant to give it up.
It was via an MS charity centre here in the UK.
They reported, better sleep, energy as well as pain relief and a calmness. Several managed to go back to work just part time, sadly I still can't sustain any normal life & was totally bedfast the first 19 months, but the progress is very slow. At least I can get downstairs these days, though still 99% housebound - I'm capable of more than previously.

I'm not yet in a position to, but am more determined than ever to reclaim my life back.

I just meditated to this. My intention was to embody forgiveness, release hurt, and allow love in. I felt all the ways my hurt has negatively impacted both myself and others. I forgave myself for those I've hurt with my pain. I forgave those who have harmed me with their pain. There is no separation. I set free the hurt self isolated deep within me. I unlocked the cage and the hurt expanded, rejoicing, and fell upon the landscape peacefully. I allowed love in. I wish this for all of you.

We let our beloved cat, Snobben, of 21 years sleep in and go on the mysterious voyage to the other side today while playing this song softly in the background. It was a sad but beautiful moment, there was piece in the air, accompanying the sorrow. I think he found it to be a kind of good and peaceful way to go and that the music helped him. At least it helped us to both cry and feel comforted and at peace.
This cat is not just our cat, he is our lifepartner and almost like a second brother to me. He and my little brother are both 21 years old and I am 25, so we grew up and played together and he was always there for me and our family. I love you so much Snobben, and I know that we'll soon meet again my beloved furry friend ❤💖💕
Later tonight we will bury his body, but his soul will forever shine, ever so brightly and his memory live on in our hearts 💕

Fear is a feeling, it can be unnatural, unjustified, and revealing flaws and virtues. It may sound like a paradox, but the only thing to be afraid of, is fear itself. Do not try not to be afraid, it may not work, instead, try to take a step back when fear comes, look at it, observe it, wonder about it, ask yourself questions about it. What circumstances trigger the fear? What interpretation do you give to it? What actions follow? Study, change the interpretation, be empowered, not primitive. Take that fear outside of you, know it, and use it.

Long story short, I just had muscle spasms/seizures/contractions in my lower back that radiated and spread throughout my whole lower torso from the rib cage to the bottom of the spine for the last five days. It felt like being in labor nonstop. During the second one I went to the emergency room and they made it relax. I went home feeling fine and the next day the contractions started again and again and again for three more days. In the middle of the night last night was the worst one ever, I felt like my spine was being ripped apart. I cried out, ‘dear God tell me what I need to know!’ and what popped into my head was to type in “ muscle spasm contraction relief“ on RUclips. The first thing that came up was this music, so in the middle of the night I turned it up full volume, laid it on my stomach and within 2 1/2 hours every single pain has dissolved. Thank you thank you thank you thank you!

Breathe in and out intentionally slowly and listen to your body. Its telling you something..it wants your mind to connect to it and take time to relax and move gently about. In time this practice will have you healing. Lesson: Always be mindful of self care: mind, body, soul from hereonafter. Your mind is quite powerful. Remove stressful thoughts. Practice inner peace. Look inward not outward for a quality filled life. I know, I have had the same experience more than once..because I didnt pay attention. Hugs are always good to calm the nervous system. :)

I was cleansing in prayer hand position and listened to this frequency. I saw myself sitting on grass field with pink orange and yellow skies 🌅 and I was sitting peacefully with books 📚 just in my own field. sitting on a rock right on the water of the Hudson River in NYC. it’s foggy, the wind is a perfect breeze. I am letting go of my idolization of the man I wanted my ex to be for me. I am coming to terms that he will never consistently be. I am practicing solemnity. I am trying to be okay with the idea that not all relationships are permanent.
I think all relationships are meant to teach us something about ourselves. Many relationships aren't meant to be permanent but they were important to teach us something. Let every relationship be that, a gift. You are all the kindest people I have encountered on the internet.

I'm listening to this to let go of a man I've loved for 41 years. We were together for 3 years during college. I became pregnant despite using protection. He was not ready for fatherhood so we broke up. I had our child. We did still see one another off and on as friends for a couple of years. I moved on knowing he would never love me as before. I have been married for all my adult life almost 59 years. I saw him at our daughter's Birthday party 4 years ago. He is the same. I was sure I had forgotten him. Yet when he spoke to me and we laughed together, my heart lept and skipped a beat. Like it did when we were young. This shocked and startled me as so much time had passed I was certain I had let go. I was embarrassed too as my husband was with me and I felt that he may sense my joy in seeing him. I think of him now too often. I need healing from this pain of losing this love, to keep our child.
