please can u tell me who bears the expense incurred if there is a stowaway, general advantage is the answer or P&I club

Its not general average because it is not intentional and no common benefit to all parties.. so P & I club takes care of it.... Also just additional information about owners inserting stowaway clause in time charter agreement where the expenses for stowaway will b borne by charterer if d owner can prove that d stowaway boarded thru cargo containers or any other way related to cargo
