Tre Cime di Lavaredo:
The three iconic towers of the Tre Cime di Lavaredo form the destination for one of the most popular hikes in the Dolomites. Set against a lush alpine backdrop with craggy peaks and glassy lakes, these three towers rise out of the ground like a cathedral of stone, creating plenty of opportunities for some spectacular photos.
The views from the Tre Cime di Lavaredo circuit are some of the best in the Dolomites, with picturesque churches perched on rocky outcrops, beautiful alpine lakes, and dramatic peaks and ridges. It’s no wonder that this stunning corner of the Dolomites keeps travellers and hikers coming back again and again.
This region is also steeped in history, as it was once an important strategic site on the front line between Austria and Italy during World War One. The war left many scars on the surrounding landscape, including walls, fortifications, tunnels and trenches, many of which can be spotted during a hiking trip in the Dolomites. The area around Rifugio Locatelli is particularly well known for its trenches, which can be explored as part of the Tre Cime di Lavaredo circuit.

Ah yes ....... sure brings back wonderful memories !!!!!!!!! We did the same hike as you , except when I did this , it was 10 tears ago and 20 cm of snow had just fallen , so we never made it to the hut . Thanks for the memories !!

Wow! The part 15:26 ~ 30:28 looks quite scary. The path is so narrow. Especially at 28:30, that looks very dangerous. But thanks for your efforts, we can all admire these stunning views in front of the screen. Please do more Dolomites hikes.
Thank you ! at 28:30 without using hands was scary for sure with big gimbal and expensive camera with lens ! this was a different route than my other video from 2018 this was higher up but with better views ! did you see my other Dolomites Cinque Torri 4k video ? i also got two other Dolomites video's on my computer i only need to edit them ;) names --> " Dolomites Falzarego Lagazuoi 4K " and "Dolomites Seceda / Puez Odle Hike 4K "

Most people don't like music in a video so i lower the volume to 30% and put some extra volume in the epic shots👍 also the quality of my video's is getting better i started from zero experience with small camera i only need to learn shooting with a ND filter and F stops and how to shoot on a hot day it ruins the colors..

The dolomites are unique, not only for their lunar wilderness, but strangely enough also for the fact that human presence, in the shape of refuges, shelters, villages, grazing lawns, are never fare away. Wherever you are you will most certainly be able to hear a faint sound of churchbells ringing in the distance at dusk. All this while perhaps walking alone at amost 3.000 meters. UNIQUE.

For all our brothers en sisters who havent the money or are disabled , alone ,you made it happen on a way that they are doing it there selfs .its realistic the noise of the gravel pad ect .that makes me happy for those people. @@aviatorman8 thank you ! This is shot in Cine2 with sony A7III 👍 auto mode video don't look good ! Cine 2 has for me the best colors ! Only think i need to learn is to shoot with a ND filter and manual focus 😉
@@TheFlyingDutchMan8K Nice! ND for 180 degree shutter speed? I’ve been thinking of buying the Sony FDR-AX700 because l prefer all in one camera but need a stabilization solution.
I never shoot in 180 degree shutter ! I film in 4K 30P shutter above 60 i set min. Shutter Limit at 60 in Aperture priority! Its almost filming in auto mode with cine 2 ! If you don't pan to fast it looks great 😉 standing still and walk forward i see no jitter ! Only on very bright stones in the dolomites i see the shutter flikkering because shutter is over 500 ! I don't know how high i can shoot video with F-stop Normaly i shoot a F8 /F10 . . . I think F14 is also ok to shoot video to keep shutter low 👍 am not a expert i learn from youtube tutorials 😉 they only talk about cinematic video's and fast F-stops like F2.8 thats why you need a ND filter need to learn that 👍
