I own a 2020 XSE v6 and i love it. When I first saw the 8th gen Camry unveiled I immediately said “Dream car 😍”
The times we’re in where a Camry or Accord could be called a “dream car”
Its my dream car too! I hope it can be my first car.
@@ARUclipsChannelwithNoName a dream car is a dream for anybody
Love Toyota Camry over Honda Accord. No Honda vehicle can match Toyota reliability and dependability,
Especially since Honda reliability has really taken a major stumble since they began using turbos
i like this guy's style of reviewing. kept me paying attention the whole time and taking mental notes like im back at college. prof. pony!
Lol thanks! 😆
Just got a 21 trd. After driving a BMW 335 the last 4 years. It’s a little slower then what I’m used to. But it is a nice car.
I Reviewed 2021 Toyota Camry SE Hybrid Model Set Camry XSE Hybrid
i’m 20 and i finally own a NEW 2021 Toyota Camry XSE and i am in love!!!!
That XSE IS JUST DIFFERENT BRUH, looks more like a Lexus
@@SocraticMind89 man whaaaat 😮 its bad ass!
how can you afford it at 20? Any life tips?
@@braetonwilson4296 work two jobs be good at saving and don't be afraid to live with your parents for the next 5 years saving up
Awsome car
I agree!
Love the review, Gold Pony , You have the best reviews on RUclips !!
Appreciate it! 😁
HAPPY THANKSGIVING EVERYONE 🦃😷
What is thank giving?
Got me the v6 xse it runs smoooooooooooth!
I have the 2020 XSE v6 and the v6 is so quiet. Near Lexus like in smoothness
I want to take xse 2021 Camry 4 cylinder any suggestions ?
@@mahendarkagithala3946 4 cyl is fine. Albeit it’s rather noisy for a midsize sedan. Unless you can’t afford it, I would really try to get a v6 XSE. The engine smoothness is night and day
I am perfectly satisfied with my 2014 Toyota Camry SE , its a joy to drive and the body styling is still great even if it is 6 years old.
Nice car I’m sure no doubt. But trust me I have the 19 Camry . It’s a whole other animal believe me .
I still love my 2004 le. 309,000 miles still running awesome. I bought it brand new
@@babajan1686 I wouldn’t doubt it. But trust me the 19’ and up is worth it man
@@JohnDoe-fs6lz 2018 and up, since the new gen started in 2018.
@@JohnDoe-fs6lz which 19 you have? Trim level and engine?
I wish Toyota redesign the front end. Or use the front end of the Toyota crown is jdm only. But looks much better.
I like Camry looks excellent
Does it have power mirrors?
Can’t decide between the 2021 Camry LE vs the 2020 Mazda3
Great review as usual Drew! Question 🙋♂️ could you possibly get TRD version with AWD?! I wonder? Thanks again for sharing dude have a wonderful weekend man and stay gold!!
I wish! As of now AWD is only available with the 4cyl. The V6 & TRD trim is FWD only unfortunately 😑
The new plastic on the front looks cheap.
Turn your traction control off as well when doing your burnout haha
Awd was optional on 2020 models
Wondering why Toyota doesn't put AWD on their top trim V6 models? The answer is simple and holds for other midsize sedans like Nissan's Altima as well. Economics. Only about 5% (yup, 5%) of all Camrys are sold with a V6 engine. For 2020 that means only about 12,000 sales. Even if AWD boosted the sales of the XSE, XLE, and TRD V6 models by 10% (a VERY optimistic estimate) that would mean only about 1200 vehicles based on current sales volume. If there's anything Toyota (and their dealers HATE) it's not making a profit on each and every model they sell. Adding another $1500-$2000 to the price of a Camry for AWD makes no sense.
Cuz the V6 already close to 40k, if you add AWD that will be close to Lexus ES 350 base bro . They know what they doing
@@kromahj Lexus unveiled the ES AWD. But guess what? It’s a joke SMH. It’s using the same 2.5L I4 203hp AWD setup as the Camry awd
Does it have heated steering wheel?
Dont really care for the moon roof, had it on my tc back then and rarely used it...
Camry should offer this option the following to make it beast sedan:
1) higher quality interior
2) better infotainment system
3) 450 hp v8 Awd
4) blacked out lights
5) 0-100 kmh in 3.8 sec
6) batter paddle shifters (transmission)
7) better safety system
8) electric trunk
9) full Led
10) better system
Sure and the price will be $60,000 US Dollars. No one will buy it!
@@braetonwilson4296 still affordable
@@saman-iw9tx if you were looking for a car around that price, why even bother looking into toyota cars?
@@chris-iu1wx I mean I drive m5 competition lci 2021 but I am saying if there Is option for it then it would be awesome but still I bought the camry xse v6 2020
JBL Sound System & Panoramic Roof only comes with V6 XSE versions? Not Base XSE?
2021 loses hydraulic stut bar. now they using prop bar
Do you always cover tach with your left hand while doing acceleration tests ?
Hi Gold Pony! Can you review the 2021 Camry TRD please?
I can definitely try! 👍
Please
The front passenger seat. What's up with that big bulge right in the front?
Was that a prop rod for the hood? wtf? every Camry I've had the shocks for the hood... Damn Toyto!!
Typical Toyota. Cheaping out.
Who cares.
Weight savings, cost savings and as a bonus the prop rod is WAY less likely to wear out.
@@ytj22 Yes, I had to replace the shocks under the hood of my Honda Accord.
Wow this car is sweet,👍 are u guys looking for were u can buy quality weed, carts, edibles , wax ..Hit me up at 420marijuanastore.com
Does the infotainment screen have dark mode? Not sure I’m digging the white background
yes! i believe you can change the theme of it!
Good review watched multiple reviews on the camry trying to decide on one and yours was in the top 2.
Appreciate it!
Im happy to hear that it has AWD at last.
It had AWD last year too
this is not for me way to much
I believe the rear USB ports are an option when configuring the car
Also, they have remote start either via the Toyota app or by clicking the lock button 3 times and holding it for a few seconds on the 3rd click
You need to stay home and bake cookies with your girlfriend
I burn cookies lol
Nice that you got the highest trim....big price difference from the lowest to highest trim but I do like the AWD option now available....wish it was on the V6
Me too 😏
Gotta buy es350 lexus for that smh...
@@muramasa870 there is no Lexus es350 AWD. It’s the ES250 AWD. It has the same 2.5L I4 AWD combo as the Camry AWD
In 6 months , I will be upgrading to this one . Foresure I’m coming from an S.E. so I need remote start push to start blind spot monitors etc
Its nice until you come out in your driveway and it won't crank because of a battery problem that toyota hasn't acknowledged..just look at the kbb reviews and you'll see all the people complaining about their new cars dead and having to be towed
Fortunately that’s the only main issue w the 2020 models. I sadly was a victim of that but once my battery was replaced I haven’t had issues
But even if you replace the battery yourself it’s relatively cheap
@@naveenthemachine I've been seeing some 2021's having the problem as well. Its sad to me because I was going to buy one until i read all about it. Im just not going to spend that much on a car that might be dead at any time in my driveway or on a vacation somewhere. Cars shouldn't of had those problems in the 60's much less 2021
I am glad yours has been fixed though. That's great to hear
@@sabanite08 the battery issue seems to be the only problem. Fortunately it’s a simple fix and relatively inexpensive if you pay for it. Yes it can be time consuming that I agree
Also at least it’s not an issue w the engine. Now that would be a serious problem
There is jack giambalvo GMC. Didi you try that for the Yukon?
There is and I did and they were one of the 5%ish of the dealers that have turned me down unfortunately
Why didn’t they make the V6 AWD???
No one buys the v6 and logically you’d need to get a Lexus for that combo. But sadly that combo only exists on the IS, and RX. The Es AWD has the same 4 cylinder as the Camry awd
Yeah that sucks I would of picked up that V6 AWD I currently have one but AWD would of bee. 🔥
So many forget the fundamentals of reliable vehicled . N/A engine and non cvt transmission. Once you said " can go up to and over 300kmi" the same cannot be said with the honda accords , cvt and turbo . Nah . This video topped my decision to buy a 2021 xse black top edition
If I was buying this car, for my money it would definitely be the V-6 engine. Unfortunately, I need to buy an SUV to get to work in the snow, and Toyota does not offer the 3.5L in the RAV4, and am not interested in the hybrid.
Get Highlander V6. It is more like mid size SUV and easier to park.
@@ahsanmalik1013 Thanks for the suggestion, but really have absolutely no use for a 3 row SUV, and won't be nudged to go into the midsize segment just to get the engine. I am waiting for the CX-30 turbo, or the '22 Kona turbo that should have the power in a size that makes sense to me.
@@digitaldoc100 Highlander 3rd is hardly usable since it is catered to kids only for third row. I consider Highlander to be more like mid size five seaters SUV.
If V6 is not criteria, then you are open to turbo engines for more powers, then get CX 5 with 2.5 turbocharged engine or Ford Escape 2 litre Turbocharged engine.
@@ahsanmalik1013 More likely to get the CX-5 with the turbo than Ford with their incessant reliability issues. I would prefer a V-6, but harder to find in the smaller segment these days. Really think a RAV4 with the V-6 would be the answer, but Toyota is never going to build it at this point.
@@digitaldoc100 Look for Chevy Trailblazer. I think it comes with standard or optional V6. It is better than not having one. Or Nissan Murano V6.
starting at 24k? lol you can get a K5 GT line for that price, which imo is the best looking new sedans out there
Not everyone buy for look, you buy it 24k and trade it next year with 12k miles , same miles on the Camry. The Camry will still give you more money back then the K5
@@kromahj not everyone trade in after a year either bud, might as well lease if thats your plan, also the GT line at 24k gives you red leather seats and AWD, good luck getting that much value for your money from Toyota
@@mayorebfarnum8114 I own a 2007 Camry , I just traded it in with 200k miles for this new one . I drove it for 13 years. I least I took my money out of it . Dealers give me 4k for it .
@@mayorebfarnum8114 got you, I am just saying, Kia cheaper, but if you are someone that like trading cars early , it better you lease them, cuz they lose value fast and it lose more money .
@Randy Jackson dont think so
