This episode was amazing i learned a lot from it. I was almost giving up on this show because of its.poor storyline this season and all that rumpel belle gideon crap but it just reminded me of its potencial I just loved it so much when it was revealed that regina hated herself
Rumbelle and Gideon isn't crap! it's so much better written than the shit CapitanSwan from S5 and the best part is that they didn't dragged all the people to their own misery unlike CS in S5 and everyone during the season, could have their own storyline.
If I may Regina is the one who turned good not evil queen. Well you see the evil queen is nothing more than a alternate different reflection of Regina. Like it is said everyone have a dark side like a like a Jekyll and Hyde complex. That is what Regina has the evil queen is Regina's duplicate of herself. It's like going to the printer to make a copy that's what the evil queen is. A exact copy duplicate of Regina , within every single individual one of us deep down deep within. There are two distinct natures two distinct personalities. One of light one of dark one of good one of bad and one of evil. It's like the phrase evil isn't born it's made. Those who had a part in the creation of the evil queen are of the people in Regina's life. Regina lived her once Upon a Time found happiness. She was about to live her happy ending in her heavily ever After. That is until her mother killed Daniel right in front of her. Right in front of her bye whipping out his heart and crushing it to sand in her hand. Because of the manipulation of her mother to Snow White. Who didn't reveal Regina's secret but Snow White was forced to tell Cora Mills. Her daughter's secret because of this and because of what her mother did. Gave birth to the Evil Queen from deep down deep within Regina. So they are one in the same if Regina dies so really evil queen. And if the Evil Queen dies so will Regina

even though I think they could also finish the Evil Queen storyline by just killing her(considering she was no longer connected to Regina thanks to the sheers) I don't think that would make Regina truly happy, cause The Evil Queen, what ever she was, she was still part of Regina and by just destroying her, you won't heal your self-hatred problems, you just cut an organ from yourself in other words.

The evil queen is half evil so she’s not all good, not even close to Regina’s arc.
