I love labor and delivery and I have such a special place for it in my heart. I was just having trouble keeping my anxiety in check from personal experiences. It’s an amazing career path and I could see myself going back to it someday, I just need some time away to help myself relax a little bit when it comes to all of that. It’s an amazing career path and you’re gonna do so great in it. You’re going to be the first face a lot of babies see alongside their mom, it’s such an amazing feeling. 🥰

Can you talk about how you landed this job ? Specific certifications you had before,interview process,and more like what you did for the L&D videos ?

And I always think no one will care what I have to say about my personal life before my personal life vlogs never did as well, but maybe now that my channel has grown a lot I could pepper that into my vlog videos. 🥰
Did you have to take any courses like Botox, fillers, laser, before getting this position or are getting trained on all of these?

I’m really interested in this field, I graduate in May with my BSN but I’m worried if I go this route as a new grad I might be stuck later on if I ever try to switch 😕
I really don’t think it would hurt you because you still get great experience drawing blood and taking vitals, etc depending on the clinic. Ultimately you know your long term goal, whether that be NP or something else down the line. I think it’s a nurses market and it’s easy to get hired even with less bedside experience ☺️

how did you manage to get hired somewhere with only a year of bedside experience?! I only have 2 years of bedside experience and am finding it so hard to find places willing to hire someone with less than 5 years experience or that isn't an NP :(
what steps do you need to become a lip injector nurse ?!
Making a video on it right now! Basically get hired somewhere that will send you to certification or training classes, or go on your own if you like! Allergan does a lot of classes for example 🥰
