Quick trip to the scrapyard got me this awesome piece, another welder and a definite awesome addition to the stack. I love nothing more than a proper trash to treasure and these little solid bars of copper are the greatest. So sit back check out this extra long video and as always have an awesome weekend and see you all next Friday. Also hang around till the end of the video for a quick shed update😁👋🏻
3:30am here. Eating Waffle House, phone buzzes. RUclips? 🤔🤔 *Scares everyone in Waffle House: A NEW BIGSTACKD VIDEO! AGH! Edit: this is after four glasses of wine...
You wanted something complex to take apart and Im thinkin you found the perfect candidate! Always love the videos and seein that satisfying pour of molten metal! Best of luck at the new place as well!
Just curious how much they charged for the welder before you melt it. I have some salvage yards around me and Ive been thinking about melting stuff down in my blast furnace.
I think a Lotta tech-oriented Monkeys are _strangely fascinated_ by watching this channel.... I am for some dang reason I think a LOT of us are just curious whats inside stuff & watching stuff MELT ruclips.net/video/LUWxNS_XDWQ/видео.html
Favorite part isn't the teardown, the melting or the pouring... It's the concept of trash to treasure! Taking what everyone throws away and making what tons of people would want to have!
My favorite part is the fact that you're not vlogging like every other 'content creator'. You're original in your work, you show just enough but not too much of your private life and to top it off, you have two lovely dogs, Bullion and Ingot. Lovin' it.
I appreciate fact that you play classical music in the car. As a professional driver myself, there's just something calming about listening to classical music while driving.
Thanks! Here's the price of 1/2 cucumber these days for the boys! So glad you slowed up the minute with them. They're just as entertaining as watching you strip wire!
I would never, ever skip the boys! They're just as important as the rest of the channel. Our favorite part (My girlfriend and I) is all of it. We love the random pieces you find at the scrapyard. We are intrigued by the teardown process you choose, especially when it involves "Careful disassembly" (with a hammer). We always enjoy the melting process, never gets old watching a solid turn into a liquid and subsequently freezing again in the mold. The pours are awesome, the ice melting and subsequent explosion from something heavy being dropped are comedic and entertaining, the jokes, the beers, the kicking the boots off in random locations, THE SOCKS, feeding the boys, everything. My one request, when you move to this shed and start filming there, please don't change. What you do here in the garage is perfect and vastly entertaining. Cheers from the USA!
I can’t pick a favorite part. It’s mentioned in other comments too, but the dismantling, melting, pouring, feeding the dogs, and the big snack d segments all really pull these videos together. I enjoy everything.
To answer your question, my favorite part is the pour. The most underrated part of your videos is the beat up, old block of wood you have. That thing has character!
What’s my favourite part! the disassembling the melting the pouring the polishing and the comedy especially when you hide your lunch in weird places and I absolutely love your dogs😊❤ And I absolutely love copper when it’s been melted the ccolour just so beautiful❤
I love the whole process...but if I absolutely HAD to pick a favorite part, I'd say it's the dismantling. Always neat to see just how much bits of metal you pull out of things.
I like that you show the dismantling too, it shows that there’s more work in it than just melting stuff down. Your videos show a good mix of each, that’s what keeps me coming back every Friday. Love the dogs thrown in the mix as well!
7:10 oh my God Ingot is sooo sweet and adorable with that trilling! I love the long videos! It's not something I would've guessed but I really enjoy watching you take stuff apart, hopefully you have a scrapyard nearby the new house 🙂👍 Well everyone is saying what their favorite is: I really do like everything about your videos! I look forward to them more than any other channel, those sweet Frenchies are probably my ABSOLUTE favorite tho:)
It never ceases to amaze me how this all started, but I knew from the beginning, you're going to pass up a million subscribers...I CALLED IT... I'm glad you made it big bro 👍🙏
It would be interesting to see you make the largest aluminum bar you possibly can, using any means necessary. Like using all (or most) of your furnaces at the same time. That would be cool.
My favorite part is watching at high speed, the entire process. It just feels so good, someone besides me is doing all this work. I just like being able to relax, start, middle, finish, clean up, then sit back and relax. Someone besides me, doing ALL the work, feels like a parallel universe.
Great video as always. It always facinates me to see water boiling within a block of ice.. The shed looks great, cant wait to see how you sort everything out into all the spaces/rooms.
Best line yet... I'll just tap this out with a hammer....ROFL! My wife ran into our bedroom because I snorted and was quiet as I drew in a big breath to start laughing - she thought something was wrong. Great vid. There's no one specific part that I like best, but I'm always smiling when I get to see Bullion and Ingot...I also love finding food in mysterious places....that's always good for a smile and a laugh. Stack...keep puting things up, and I'll continue watching. Have a great weekend all.
Hello boys! 💛🐾🖤🐾 I'm so early this week! I love melts like this one and you just can't beat the warm glow of a polished copper ingot 🧡 Edit: that ice melt sounded like a fighter jet 😳
Honestly, my favourite it just the quiet atmosphere. I have difficulties comprehending speech sometimes, but I hate CC, especially on videos where it's auto generated. You have captions built into your videos, and nothing is being said so I don't feel like I'm missing anything.
13:50 The dismantling, melting and pouring are all great, that's what got me into this channel. However, what made me subscribe and stick around is the good natured vibe, and the humor ( 8:55 is a perfect example). Also Ingot and Bullion are cute. Keep up the good work, mate! 🍻
I like multiple parts of your videos. I like the disassembly to see what is in stuff. I like your use of the Leidenfrost effect. I love your fur babies. Mine will be 15 yrs old in November not sure if she will make it. I like your beer breaks too.
Don't think I can pick a fave part... Dismantling is fun, and you can see what all is in a piece of trash, and the melting and pouring is soo satisfying. I agree with the others that I love all of the little tidbits of humor D puts into his episodes!!!
My favorite part? All of it! 🤭 I will never skip any moment with the absolutely adorable Frenchies. To me, it sounded like Ingot said love you and that sounded absolutely sweet, I love you too Ingot and Bullion too.
My most favourite part is watching the metals slowly freeze after being poured. Something so interesting in watching it change from a liquid to a solid! And of course the pups!
I love every single part of the process, the dumpster diving, the dismantling, the melting, the pouring. But my most favorite one has to be the slag removal on aluminum, so satisfying.
Hey Mr Stackd. Once again thanks for the watch. Please stop letting Ingot pick the radio station in the car. 1:15. Bullion would have picked something with a little bit of pep, something to get us going. My answer to your question about my favorite part.. harassing ingot. Looks like you know a little bit about masonry as well? Can't wait to get in the new shop, it's looking pretty sweet 👍
Favorite video in a while! Love a good teardown and this one was really satisfying. Loved all the different copper sources coming together for that beautiful bar. Also laughed when I saw the reference to a gentle tap to get the copper out. We all know what’s coming.
Favorite part is dismantling. Taking things apart has to be the most relaxing thing to do. Tools, workbench, peace and quiet. Take things apart, learn how they work and think of other ways to use them.
The dismantling is my favorite. You never know what in that scrap . And in the end it always turns out great cause the beauty comes out in the eyes of the beholder. And that's the treasure .
I actually love all three stages, for different reasons. The tearing apart I find extremely interesting, the melting is calming and quite soothing like how white noise helps some people sleep and the pouring is just satisfying like asmr
My favorite parts about the dismantling process is that I don’t know what 90% of the parts you break down even do, and at best I can guess what the other 10% are for. I’m always amazed at just how SMART people can be, and how they figure out how to do this stuff, whether it be creating or breaking down mechanical components. I love this channel, it scratches an itch in my brain that I didn’t know was there!
Truth be told it’s all my favorite. The disassembling, melting, pouring, hardening on the ice block, the sanding, all of it. It’s uniquely you in the way you shoot it and I think everyone digs it. Also, saw that you broke that firebrick while skimming! It already had a crack in it but still!
I like every part of the process. Your videos got me into melting down various metals as well. It's just a hobby for me, but a lot of fun! Because I'm a dog lover, I really enjoy the time you spend with the lads. They are adorable! For me, you can never show them enough! Thanks for all the videos! Take care down under!
For me it is the whole package. I have done this in the past and found the process zen-like. Turns out it is just as relaxing to watch being done. Good luck with your new digs.
I've always enjoyed pulling things apart, there's even the satisfaction of putting it back together and having it function, but when it comes to these vids it's the pour👍
Of all your videos I like the junk yard finds the best and for some reason it's the dismantling I find interesting the most. It's like a treasure hunt 🤗
Great video. Loved the process of breaking it down, separating junk from meltables and watching the melt turn into really cool bars. That shed looks amazing. Can't wait to see how you've got it set up. It's huge. I didn't think your property was that big. Nice work!
These complex pieces are always interesting. You never know how much is salvageable and it's crazy to think that some of our every day items have so much going on inside of them. Who would skip the boys??? Awwwww, Ingot whimpering... I want to pet him. My favorite part? Can't decide... I enjoy the whole process. Seeing how you can turn scrap into beautiful bars like that is so cool to watch. 👍
My favorite part is the dismantling. It’s the most satisfying step for me and I imagine myself doing it eventually someday too, can’t wait. Loved this video, the breakdown in the beginning was so satisfying. I’d watch videos of just the full breakdown tbh.
That new stamp die is really good. I like how official it looks. I have to say all the parts are my favourite. The dismantle can be amusing (hammer hit - piece goes flying off screen and hear multiple items breaking), the melt is mesmerizing and the pour and polishing is relaxing. But gun to my head if I had to pick one, it's the doggos.
Quick trip to the scrapyard got me this awesome piece, another welder and a definite awesome addition to the stack. I love nothing more than a proper trash to treasure and these little solid bars of copper are the greatest. That's beautiful, indeed!
To this day I watch every single video just to see that pile get to 1 ton.
So true
That's very true, and also the zero-waste way he's doing it too, taking even the smallest Cables or Dust leftovers after grinding, that's just great~
…yes it’s a new concept never heard before! I personally think we should call it recycling, it has a nice ring to it💀
My favorite part is the fact that you're not vlogging like every other 'content creator'. You're original in your work, you show just enough but not too much of your private life and to top it off, you have two lovely dogs, Bullion and Ingot. Lovin' it.
As an American, that opening shot of the passenger seat tripped me out so hard.
That makes sense considering the fact that he lives in Australia😂
I appreciate fact that you play classical music in the car. As a professional driver myself, there's just something calming about listening to classical music while driving.
Thanks! Here's the price of 1/2 cucumber these days for the boys! So glad you slowed up the minute with them. They're just as entertaining as watching you strip wire!
Cheers buddy Ill be sure to grab another one when I'm at the shop.😁
Make a vid on how to redcoat the furnace that would be very interesting! Love everything about the vids keep it up
@@bigstackD Ever tried to melt the goodies out of a catalytic converter? I think that would make a great video! Cheers from Indiana USA my friend! 🍻
@Jack You can smelt it out. Couple extra steps, but it can be done. There are videos all over RUclips doing it.

Okay I lied. My favorite part is seeing the copper turn from black to beautiful red in the ice. That fascinates me.
To answer your question, my favorite part is the pour. The most underrated part of your videos is the beat up, old block of wood you have. That thing has character!
Your presentation is like Nordic Gold it is a precise combo of elements that is beautiful to see.
I always love how gently and carefully you take things apart with the hammer. 😉.
Wadda ja mean “apart from the hammer”? That’s his gentlest touch of all.😊
Good old Thumb Finder 😁
Me too
@@vaughndumas Yeah, it was a *little* too gentle this time.
Hoped he did it with a 20 LBS???
Guess: 4 lbs
This channel is such a blessing! When I get stressed out it's fun to come watch him destroy stuff to make beautiful things.
What’s my favourite part! the disassembling the melting the pouring the polishing and the comedy especially when you hide your lunch in weird places and I absolutely love your dogs😊❤

Seriously though I love your videos I’ve been watching your channel for a few years now you’ve got quite a collection built up.
So good to hear from Ingot in this episode, he made some excellent observations and arguments
That was the most satisfying disassembly i have ever seen. Cheers 🍻🇦🇺
Edit: I am still curious about the Dog Chanel hehe Bigwagd
What's your favorite part? The dismantling, melting, pouring, dogs eating or find food at weird spots? 🤩
don't forget the socks!
For me, the best part is the pouring, shiny liquid metal. :)
@@arcmonk8743 right? Love the little bits of humor he injects into the melt like that
The socks
Yes.
Finding food in wierd spots.

My favorite parts of the video are dismantling, the boys, and BigSnack D. Truthfully, I enjoy the whole video because of how you edit it
Wow, who'd have thought a welder had so much inside it !!! Great dismantling, cant wait to see the new treasure room !!! 😍

It is great to see the inside of that welder being taken apart. So much goes into those things!!
That shop is going to be NICE! I enjoy seeing the dogs. I won't be skipping that part of the videos.
Personally I love the dismantling section most, it's so satisfying to see machines dismantled into parts, then parts into materials.
Favorite parts ? From start to end of the vid. Including the boys.
...and chili-socks... fantastic !!
Greetings 😄
Love how the dog timer is actually running half speed 😅
Doggo timer is a welcomed addition. Sometimes you just wanna cut to the melt.
Would be cool when you finally do a mixed dust or mixed slag melt to drill a hole and send chips off for metallurgy testing to see the composition.
I can already tell that new shed is going to turn out to be sick-lit!!
What a complex welder 🫢
Great work as always 👍🏻
who ever skip the petting part is evil. Love you're videos and the petting part is a importen part of it if you ask me :D

I think you have an interesting balance of activity in your videos that i find entertaining. Don’t change a thing!
Our favorite part is the puppers! xD
That and seeing the melts turn into new things, always satisfying.

Dismantling is the best part! Figuring out how to take everything apart is so satisfying

I like the dismantling, dogs visiting, pouring and polishing part of the video
Ever think about how crazy it is that Ingot and Bullion will never know how famous they are

My favorite part is..., that every Friday is like Christmas morning for me, when I get to open up a new BigStackD video!! It's ALL great!
Favourite part is the editing. You’re a bloody legend and this should replace neighbours for the next 30 years

My 4-year-old son loves watching these videos with me. His favorite part is when you smash the ice!
That copper bar was super nice....
my personal favorite part is the teardown, it is satisfying seeing what can be extracted from appliances
The new place is looking good! Can't wait to see how it all turns out! I really enjoy your videos and makes my Friday! 😄
Dismantling is my fave part- the whole process actually. Thanks for sharing
I like every part of the process. Your videos got me into melting down various metals as well. It's just a hobby for me, but a lot of fun! Favorite parts are the dismantling, pouring, the dogs, food hunts and what socks you wear for the day.
