Palmetto bugs are what they call them in Florida, they also claim they eat roaches. So when we saw them we put them in the Attic hoping they would eat more roaches. They are very big & do fly.
My old house, kinda slummy. First night there, flipped the light switch on in the kitchen revealed the hoard!!!!! Game night was handing the kids shoes & going on the count of 3, you guys have 60 seconds & whoever gets the most, wins!!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Grew up in Oakland and went to college in Houston. Hes not lying about the roaches. My mom once blamed me for bringing a roach home after one got in our house.
I live a little South of Houston, they come from the oak trees outside and you never get used to them especially when they fly😊. And when you squish them you can hear it goes crunch yucky yucky yucky

I would open a cabinet in the bathroom to find myself face to face with one of those BA roaches just daring me to spray it by the movement of it's antennas. I still shudder at the thought all these years later.
