The thing with Russell is that he is raw. I mean he says what he visually sees, but with out any inhibitions. You need people like that in real life, otherwise life becomes boring. In that sense I’m lucky, because I have Russell’s in my life.

One night he pulls up with his cross eyed cousin and I look at him from the back seat and say, "hey dude, weren't you the guy who played in that show called the Indian Detective?" He looks at me in the rear mirror with this crazy $ look and says, "hey, listen white dude the Indian Detective was the funniest $ so back off you Scarborough white guy dude" Finally we get to my destination in Scarborough, and as we pull up, he hands me a DVD copy of the Indian Detective. He says "hey white man keep it, you will find it a valuable collectors piece some day?" I just laughed my $ off hysterically and I told him to keep it, and think of it as his tip, just as his cross eyed cousin shouts "$ you white man" and drives into the deep dark Scarborough night. LOL
Get your colonoscopy! I did when I was in my 30s. I had a polyp that the doctor had to quarter to get it out. I have had the procedure done twice since and not found anything. I have already had cancer, so I check often. I see my oncologist once a year for a check up. Lung cancer and heart disease are the likely causes of my demise based on family history and how I have lived my life. I made it to 60 which astounds me. I didn't think I would have made it to 40. That was my goal back then.
Heck. I lost weight just sitting at home on my ass, and going out shopping once or twice week. Lost twenty pounds in barely a month. Only eat twice a day. Indian food is not fattening. People ask how I lost weight. Sitting on my ass eating twice a day and drinking water.

My husband and I became friends with the loveliest young Indian man even his name is Lovepreet. who came all the way from India to Cyprus, he left that box and joined another one and he is actually buffed up nicely my husband said, last time we met up. So actually some Indians do like to work out.
