this is how i think he did this trick: someone different ask to borrow the stranger's phone to calls someone. when they use the stranger's phone, they add steward's number. and i believe the siri thing was recorded.

For all the people who are wondering how he did it,he sent someone probably 15minutes earlier and asked them to call someone...then that guy added stuart's number and named it my future husband..the siri on his phone is just an app.

For those who would like to know how it works: So let's say Stuart picks a girl named Leah. So while Leah is sitting there, Stuart sends someone who isn't himself to go up to Leah and ask her if they can borrow her phone, because theirs died or something. They call Stuart, so Stuart has Leah's number. The person using Leah's phone quickly saves Stuart's number as "my future husband", and Stuart saves Leahs phone number as "my future wife" (Stuart has the number because his friend called him on Leahs phone). So Stuart then goes up to Leah like he had no idea who she was, and calls the contact number "my future wife" (which is Leahs number because he has it), and it comes up on Leahs phone as "my future husband" because Stuart's friend earlier saved it in her contacts without her knowing.

He has someone go to the victim and ask them for their phone in which they add in a new contact called "your future husband/wife" so Siri would have an actual number to call
there is an app for iOS it's called "say it" you type something and press play and it has the Siri voice u can change the voice too and all that. It's pretty cool
