For those who are stuck with the grounds container outside and the infuser stucking the bottom platform to be putted in, you just need to put the plastic ground container (black box) and close the door, the infuser will go up so you can put back the platform and everything will be okay :)
My machine keeps telling me the tray is full even when it’s empty and clean. Tried a factory reset and still not working. Can’t get the diffuser out either.

Any idea how to clean the drip nozzles on the front of this model? I’ve taken out the 2 top screws and one side screw but cannot remove the body
