Drinking Chang from the water jug brought back memories of mountain days spent in Nepal. For me they are the most hard working people in the world with a beautiful soul.
@@ujjwalsilwal1175 I am a Aussie and I thought we were tough, and after watching your video clip with my 16 year old son he has been on about going there for 6 to 12 months to live and learn what's it like. I have started to make enquiries and there maybe an exchange system that could be organised. I hope this can be worked out because it will be a fantastic opportunity for a couple of 16 to 17 year old boys. All from a little video clip, amazing, here's hoping. Cheers from Down Under to the Top of the World.
Ever reconsidering of planting a trees around your villages. That way you don't have to go so far in collecting your woods. By the looks of things, you folks have to go into the forest to get your supplies of seeds, and baby trees to do the jobs. I also noticing that you folks are also needing a trenches and swales, and ponds for collecting the rain waters. And of well as for collecting the waters from the melting snow as wells. I'm just giving some friendly ideas to folks that all. That are some majestic scenery my friends. Very beautiful indeed.
It's a great effort made by your team. I keep watching your videos on highlanders of Nepal Himalayas. I wish a symbiotic relationship between the community and nature maintained. Best wishes for new arrivals.
Very good and hardworking indigenous people. Most of the mountains look bald without the trees, but with paddy fields. Is there any way through the Nepal Forestry Department, that Indigenous people can be educated about regeneration, i.e. planting more trees, about 10-20 trees for every one felled?
At first i didnot understand why they are bringing the logs latter i come to know thats for building a house for newly couple. Thats great i suggest please english subtitle 😘 love from Ladakh india 🤘
There is community forestry program and are planting lots of trees. Forest area (% of land area) in Nepal was reported at 41.59 % in 2020, according to the World Bank. Also this was not a commercial logging , it was for building a house for this lady, 12:47 seen here thanking the community.
4:50 damn thats one hell of a workout A chainsaw is not that expensive and not that heavy, but still those guys decided to do it old school. Bet every single one of those guys could climb Mount Everest easy peasy.

They are not cutting trees for commercial purpose but to build a home. That's how mountain people have been living since ages unlike others who clean whole forest for profit.
It's their nature they live die for it, they cut the trees at the same time they plant them as well, its been working two ways since ages, you should think before your judgements, they know nature better than us, that's it.

@Grey Allen Yes shitzone is totally amazing, I love it too!
Ya..A chainsaw would b great here but the main reason for they nt having chain saw is because there's no electricity/gasoline...
Are the timber to built a new house for the newly weds?
