I have searched for 2 decades to find those. I am new to tube and all its wonders. My brother a and I would turn out all the lights and listen to all the creaks any mystery music. 30 years later I'm doing the same. It's a blessing. Thank you
I loved listening to theese episodes in childhood. I wasnt allowed up past 10 oclock so I'd have to put my transister radio under my pillow and listen every night. So glad I can hear them again on you tube.
When I was a child in the seventies our family would listen to these CBS Radio Mystery Theater broadcasts while driving around the tri-state area during the summer vacations. So pleased that these are being made available on RUclips and judging from the high view count have been discovered by a whole new generation.
I remember these from my childhood my dad Wouldn’t listen to these at night and me and my sisters and brother we all grab are blanket and lay on the floor my parents bedroom listening to it if it was too scary all four of us ended up in bed with my parents I miss those days. Im 52 so that was a very long time ago. Also remember listening to Paul Harvey
This is one of the best I've heard since I started listening to this stories. Love to hear more of this type of stories about Pharaoh and curses. Nicely done as well.
I grew up listening to CBSRMT with my family in the 70's. Great memories! I didn't remember this episode, but it was very good, as are so many others. And with Kim Hunter no less. Thanks!
Most of the comments written here are by those of us who grew up listening to these stories. In this digital age, it's sad that young people don't appreciate these tales and mysteries. Like good books, they fired the imagination and created movies in our minds. We closed our eyes and found ourselves involved with each character, as if we were there, looking over their shoulders and experiencing the fear, the wonder, the emotions .
I'm not sure anybody said Anubis was "evil" - just "ugly," which is merely a matter of opinion. Any lethal events in the story attributable to the god were just a matter of Anubis doing his job as guardian.
"The most exquisite woman to ever live!". This Middle-Eastern-Arabian looking Egyptian that lived 4,000 years old, is a dead ringer of some white american woman? Well, of course. We all know with any tone or even hint of brown, that woman can't possibly be beautiful. [/sarcasm]

Me too. Had to always find the station in dimly lit room put it under pillow.
I also loved listening as a kid, and I would hide my radio under the pillow. 45-46 years ago.

A fascinating story. I really enjoyed it. Especially the irony.

Younger people do listen, and many now create original audio dramas for podcast. Even more series now than in the 1970s.
This one remains me of horror movie the pyramid.
I still have mine it's round blue ball on a chain and it works and I love it

Good story: not too frightening. Voice actors are convincing.🥃
Nice mystery with an Egyptian curse.

Leave the dead rest in peace x
Maybe Anpu (Anubis) is ugly if you have a heavy heart.
babalon 777 The tv show “Grimm “ had a good episode featuring Anubis.
There was no Tuhotmosis V. The last was the fourth.
Osiris. god of the dead.Anubis Guardian of the dead. Set God of Chaos. Anubis isnt some evil god
Markus Nävergård I wish there were a god of being able to get out of bed on a winter morning. I've been trying for half an hour now.
Thank you! Set - chaos and storms, not necessarily evil either.

Who is Sargon?
Boy that question has taken on a new meaning.
What do I mean, there's British RUclipsr Name Carl Benjamin who's also known as Sargon. He's part of that whole "anti-woke" crowd.

+Chrystle Ayer O SHUT UP YOU MOANING RACIST...CRY ME A RIVER..BOO HOO
seriously? get the fuck out of here you racists bitch
Egyptians are not and have never been black. In fact Egyptians cringe when African Americans claim ancient Egyptians were black.
Why can’’t we enjoy a fictional story without someone bringing up racist or political issues? SMH ! Just ENJOY!!!
Chrystle Ayer I didn't hear any "sarcasm," what I heard was TRUTH!!
