- In this video, I try out the new best stretched resolution that tier 1 players such as Peterbot, Asianjeff and Cooper have been using to dominate in this new season. This resolution will not only make you better at box fighting and aiming, but it will also help boost your FPS due to the fact your resolution is lower than on native.

windowed full screen, set ur custom res. If Fortnite doesn’t let you hit the play button, just hit alt+enter two times and ur good to go. I’ve been playing games stretched my whole life guys u can trust
doesn’t windowed full screen have lower fps tho? is it possible in fullscreen?
Since Fortnite only has 16:9 options for full screen, windowed full is the only way that I KNOW OF that lets you play stretched. Even on 4:3 monitors fortnite forces 16:9 on full screen

Whenever I use it I cant click some of the buttons on the right side of my screen, and whenever I click the windows button and come back to fornite there is a black bar that doesnt go away on the bottom

It’s changed your desktop res but you can manually change it in every game

Yo whenever i go to adjust desktop size and position in nvidia control panel, the fullscreen is greyed out and i cant click it…
got you go to manage 3D settings then go to image scaling and turn it off then it will work
I do that and the res works but I can’t click the red exit button in game cause something is off. Any ideas?
How do you stream with the res on obs? When I watch my stream it shows two screens

Yeah, you can just go back into the nvidia control panel and choose the native res

I have a 16:10 monitor and everytime I go through this tut it makes it to where it doesnt show my windows bar at the bottom of the screen.. Would I have to change my 1080 res to fit the top and bottom? Or would that effect the stretch effect?

It will help you with delay yes and it won’t harm ur pc and yes it will be a little blurry since it’s less pixels on ur screen

you can undo the first step on changing your resolution and keeping it on native. It will still change your resolution in game but it will keep your desktop to native. (you will have a little bit more input delay on fortntie if you do so)

Everything but you can skip the first step, it will just give you more delay
If you skip the first step and do all the other ones, you will only have stretch in forntite

u have to put it in 1440 because that is your monitors default resolution

@@slanky470 display scaling is more advanced and it’s harder to get, I did a tutorial on GPU scaling. If you want display scaling try to follow another tutorial on RUclips

you can have ur desktop at native but there will be a little bit of input delay added onto ur game

yeah i also have black bars, if you want to post a video, on the software ur editing u can stretch out the clip or change the resolution of the project file it super easy
