I am crying inside after listening to it because it perfectly captures what I am going through. I literally just finished praying forty minutes ago. @@oganija882 It has been a continued backsliding not just he slipped once and got back up. James 3:1 shows us that teachers (leaders) will be judged more strictly. Leaders have a greater responsibility because their actions and teachings can significantly impact others' spiritual well-being. His actions don't just affect him but everyone else who is following him so his responsibility is leading them and if he can't lead because he isn't where he should be then he should step down until he can get it together. Keep in mind even Satan was an angel who let his own thoughts get the best of him and his actions caused him and the other angels who believed him to fall.
By his own admission he was race baiting, he went back to the alcohol amongst the other stuff he was doing. I am not saying that isn't sincere now or that he hasn't changed but what I am saying is actions are louder than words. From what I have seen he is he let the money guide his decisions because he was doing shows based off of who could pay not who needed him the most which is why he was doing a show at an event where the person was greenlighting abortion. He said he wasn't for sale when it came to labels then he signed a deal. He kept saying he is not a Christian rapper but was more than happy to take the awards for being a Christian rapper. He also put himself in some bad situations such as Diddy parties. He cares too much what the world thinks about him. BTW I am not judging him because that is up to God what I am doing is called correction which Christians are called to do. We are called to keep each other in line and call it out when it needs to be said. With that being said I will be watching to see what he does with his future. God Bless.
