Sitting here at work in tears 😭 Every man that has ever been in my life has never fought for me, including my ex husband of 12 yrs. I have yet to know what being loved unconditionally means. This song goes SO hard bc being a single mom of 2, I often feel discouraged from working long hours to provide for my boys and it hurts that I don’t have all the time I want with them. Every time the enemy attacks me with feeling lonely, like a failure, unworthy or unlovable, I remember this song and how my Heavenly Father has never stopped fighting for me and He loved me so much that He was willing to hang on a cross for me. What I noticed first was orphan, the man Gawvi plays to him is like God loving on the orphan. He says 'I know mom and dad aren't here right now, I just want you to focus on the books." That's even a portrayal of Godly instruction. Then when they were dancing for the people in the car I feel they represented the church. Holding on to the "book" that could've been Word. Kid starts to get weary at the end and Gawvi caught him, I.E. giving rest to the weary... Then seeing them cut up together...I mean, that's worship. When God hits you and you can't help but dance. The kid himself could represent a babe in Christ, that new faith mentality, wherin Christ says to suffer to Him all the little children, come to Me as a child etc And as for the constant book falling, who hasn't been weary and lost their "grip"...but God is right there to put it right back in our hands. Song is great but the video is so precious...The music itself is so pleasant almost kid like too. It legitamately brings out the innerchild that just wants to dance with God

I first learned about Lecrae from my twenty-year-old Something SON. I was in my darkest hour I saw no hope not even a light I was broken so I thought Beyond repair. Little did I know both of my sons, & daughter gave me strength that they knew I had but I had forgotten. What I heard Lecrae saying it was as though he was singing directly to me even though Lecrae was singing. It was through my kids that I found the light again. But if it wasn't for me hearing Lecrae speak those words that were so true that I felt every word that came out of his mouth run through the course of my blood and veins as though I was literally in that song. Like it was my life and something was telling me wake up wake up you are loved you are not forsaken you do not give up. Your kids love you your kids are your strength be there, live if not for yourself for God and for what God has blessed you with three beautiful healthy kids that are now adults and now through one of those adults I have two beautiful Grandsons, beautiful daughter-in-law through both of my sons. Thank you for helping my son bring your word to my ears into my heart. Keep doing what you're doing it's wonderful it's a god-given gift. What I noticed first was orphan, the man Gawvi plays to him is like God loving on the orphan. He says 'I know mom and dad aren't here right now, I just want you to focus on the books." That's even a portrayal of Godly instruction. Then when they were dancing for the people in the car I feel they represented the church. Holding on to the "book" that could've been Word. Kid starts to get weary at the end and Gawvi caught him, I.E. giving rest to the weary...
Then seeing them cut up together...I mean, that's worship. When God hits you and you can't help but dance. The kid himself could represent a babe in Christ, that new faith mentality, wherin Christ says to suffer to Him all the little children, come to Me as a child etc
And as for the constant book falling, who hasn't been weary and lost their "grip"...but God is right there to put it right back in our hands. I first learned about Lecrae from my twenty-year-old Something SON. I was in my darkest hour I saw no hope not even a light I was broken so I thought Beyond repair. Little did I know both of my sons, & daughter gave me strength that they knew I had but I had forgotten. What I heard Lecrae saying it was as though he was singing directly to me even though Lecrae was singing. It was through my kids that I found the light again. But if it wasn't for me hearing Lecrae speak those words that were so true that I felt every word that came out of his mouth run through the course of my blood and veins as though I was literally in that song. Like it was my life and something was telling me wake up wake up you are loved you are not forsaken you do not give up. Your kids love you your kids are your strength be there, live if not for yourself for God and for what God has blessed you with three beautiful healthy kids that are now adults and now through one of those adults I have two beautiful Grandsons, beautiful daughter-in-law through both of my sons. Thank you for helping my son bring your word to my ears into my heart. Keep doing what you're doing it's wonderful it's a god-given gift. Continue to share and I hope to God whoever is listening to you and they feel like there's only Darkness I hope that they can feel and see the light that I feel and I felt and was able to crawl and Stand Tall out of the darkness into the light for I see my future I see my life.
