I finally understand this video... The car represents Trip Lee's body. He was diagnosed with 'chronic fatigue syndrome' in 2007 (hence the line, "my body ain't been working right for 7 years"; this song was released in 2014). The disease often leaves Trip extremely exhausted and bedridden for days (maybe weeks). And the people attacking the car represent the attacks that are still coming Trip's way, despite the physical battle that he is currently facing. Yet through it all, Trip is still "enduring hardness as a good soldier of Jesus Christ" (2 Tim. 2:3). This is made apparent in his line, "Toast to the King, cheers to the ceiling. Feeling good, we gone make it to the finish." Trip's faith is in that glorious Day when his faith will be made evident and he is face-to-face with his LORD and Saviour, Jesus Christ, receiving the crown of life. He has set his affections on the things above (Coloss. 3:2)! But Jesus is still in the miracle-working business. By His stripes we are healed (Isaiah 53:5) and I believe, wholeheartedly, that Jesus can heal our brother. I just said a prayer for William (Trip) and if you, too, will join me in praying and believing God to heal him, type "Amen."
I love this song because it helps me not think about going back to be suicidal again. I have put Jesus in my life and I will never be suicidal again as long as I know that Jesus is walking beside me no matter where I go. Amen

Jesus loves you so keep trusting that the seasons don't last forever no matter how beautiful or painful. Jesus has you here and makes you up every morning for a reason. I was saved by the Lord three or more years ago I'm now 15 so I'll tell my story my old doctor decided to change my medicine without my adult and my permission and the medicine gave me suicidal thoughts and actions and I cried out to the Lord asking him to help me because why I was doing all the suicidal thoughts and actions I even asked to help my parents know what to do they didn't why either and I even asked him to not let commit suicide and I tried more than ten times and he stopped me each time because I was still faithful but slowly walking away from him and I wasn't even wanting or trying to because I didn't know it was the medicine I wouldn't lie about it and I still remember everything that I need to myself and tbh I like that because it's reminds me to ask the Lord for help when the Devil messes with my head and the Lord always wins

I once was an agnostic. I didn’t truly believe God or Jesus were real because I was bullied and ostracized for having a disability. One night, I decided I was going to end it all because I wanted to be free. I found myself laying on the ground in front of the Virgin Mary statue asking God that if He were indeed real, go come save me and talk me out of it. Immediately I felt this presence come over me and I heard the voice of my late grandfather telling me not to go through with it. And then, my mom came running into the room and got me back up. God intervened and saved my life. Jesus Christ died for me and for all of us. I’m not worthy of his mercy but through his sacrifice, I am. JESUS CHRIST IS LORD FOREVER!

Tonight, I went to his concert, and I heard this song for the first time. Before he did the song, he explained why he wrote it, and the story behind it, how it represents his trial with a disease he has, and how he has hope and victory over that sickness. As the song was playing, I felt the Holy Spirit in that place. I tell you, the Lord's presence was so tangible. I am so glad I got the privilege to hear this beautiful song.

Jonathan Herrera to me, the Cadillac represents Jesus. Even when he puts on the emblem on the hood of the car, that represent the crown of thorns. The car is getting beat up and that represents Jesus being beat up bearing the cross. When the windshield is pierced by the baseball bat, that represents Jesus side being pierced with spear. The oil leaking from the car represents Jesus blood. Trip Lee comes out of the car and unharmed and I think that means Jesus took all of our burdens for us so that we can have sweet victory. This is a good song. For me the vehicle represents our daily life or the body we have now. Then the person inside the vehicle is our spirit. As Christians we are on a journey on this earth going to a specific destination. So normally we are weak as persons and we try to move forward to our destination but we are attacked by the devil in different ways trying to stop us from continuing our road but we don't have to fear because all of those attacks are exterior they can't reach the one inside. Yeah we may be beaten, insulted, badly treated even killed and feel bad sometimes but all these they can't change what we really are (children of God). That is our spirit. We have to keep moving focused on where we are heading because we know that in Jesus Christ we already have victory. At the end we will realize that the body had nothing to do with the spirit bcz it will remain down here while the spirit will join our lovely Heavenly Father. Had the toughest two years of my life. 2021-2023 suffered from abuse and betrayal from fake friends who abandoned me, health issues, no money and depression and drove a beat up eyesore car. I was broken mentally, spiritually, emotionally and financially. All I did was pray and did nothing but give it to God like he says to do in the Bible and let him fight my battles for me. Now 2024 I have new friends, better health, money along with my dream car. God answered my prayers, healed me and raised me above my enemies and humbled me. Miracles do happen. I was born at 6 months weighing in at 1.15 lbs. I was paralyzed on the right side of my body. Didn’t walk until I was five. my right leg is an inch shorter than my left. So I walk with a limp. I use to feel bad for myself until I discovered my “disability” was my super power it gave me purpose. Since then I began a career in IT I’ve served on the school committee of my local town. Became a photographer and was even an extra in a Netflix original movie. There is no limit in this world except for the ones you place in your mind. This life is to be designed by your desires for you to experience. believe you can do something and your half way there. 1/9/21 I have watched this video plenty of times, but today is the first time I really paid attention and thought of the car as my body which I maintain while here on earth. It gets bumped, bruised, has been abused, and doesn't look exactly as I would like; nonetheless, God's Spirit is inside me and Jesus Christ is the center of my faith just as the cross is inside the car. This is what blesses me and keeps me. There will come a time when my spirit must leave this body, and I will no longer be concerned about this body because I will be completely present with the Father. I was saved by the Lord three or more years ago I'm now 15 so I'll tell my story my old doctor decided to change my medicine without my adult and my permission and the medicine gave me suicidal thoughts and actions and I cried out to the Lord asking him to help me because why I was doing all the suicidal thoughts and actions I even asked to help my parents know what to do they didn't why either and I even asked him to not let commit suicide and I tried more than ten times and he stopped me each time because I was still faithful but slowly walking away from him and I wasn't even wanting or trying to because I didn't know it was the medicine I wouldn't lie about it and I still remember everything that I need to myself and tbh I like that because it's reminds me to ask the Lord for help when the Devil messes with my head and the Lord always wins

Immediately I felt this presence come over me and I heard the voice of my late grandfather telling me not to go through with it. And then, my mom came running into the room and got me back up. God intervened and saved my life. Jesus Christ died for me and for all of us. I’m not worthy of his mercy but through his sacrifice, I am.

The car is getting beat up and that represents Jesus being beat up bearing the cross. When the windshield is pierced by the baseball bat, that represents Jesus side being pierced with spear. This is a good song. For me the vehicle represents our daily life or the body we have now. Then the person inside the vehicle is our spirit. As Christians we are on a journey on this earth going to a specific destination. So normally we are weak as persons and we try to move forward to our destination but we are attacked by the devil in different ways trying to stop us from continuing our road but we don't have to fear because all of those attacks are exterior they can't reach the one inside. Yeah we may be beaten, insulted, badly treated even killed and feel bad sometimes but all these they can't change what we really are (children of God). That is our spirit. We have to keep moving focused on where we are heading because we know that in Jesus Christ we already have victory. At the end we will realize that the body had nothing to do with the spirit bcz it will remain down here while the spirit will join our lovely Heavenly Father. Had the toughest two years of my life. 2021-2023 suffered from abuse and betrayal from fake friends who abandoned me, health issues, no money and depression and drove a beat up eyesore car. I was broken mentally, spiritually, emotionally and financially. All I did was pray and did nothing but give it to God like he says to do in the Bible and let him fight my battles for me. Now 2024 I have new friends, better health, money along with my dream car. God answered my prayers, healed me and raised me above my enemies and humbled me. Miracles do happen. Christ is king! ✝️ Prayer changes things.

I was born at 6 months weighing in at 1.15 lbs. I was paralyzed on the right side of my body. Didn’t walk until I was five. my right leg is an inch shorter than my left. So I walk with a limp. I use to feel bad for myself until I discovered my “disability” was my super power it gave me purpose. Since then I began a career in IT I’ve served on the school committee of my local town. Became a photographer and was even an extra in a Netflix original movie. There is no limit in this world except for the ones you place in your mind. This life is to be designed by your desires for you to experience. believe you can do something and your half way there. Set goals and don’t let anyone stop you Don’t Tripp I’m still running even tho I’m limping.

1/9/21 I have watched this video plenty of times, but today is the first time I really paid attention and thought of the car as my body which I maintain while here on earth. It gets bumped, bruised, has been abused, and doesn't look exactly as I would like; nonetheless, God's Spirit is inside me and Jesus Christ is the center of my faith just as the cross is inside the car. This is what blesses me and keeps me. There will come a time when my spirit must leave this body, and I will no longer be concerned about this body because I will be completely present with the Father.
