[Montréal] Police Cars, Fire Trucks, & Ambulances Responding!

Captured here are police, fire department, and ambulance vehicles of the city of Montréal, in the Canadian province of Québec. Due to the predominantly french-speaking population in this part of the country, the emergency services are usually marked with french lettering. In this video, you will see 'Service de sécurité incendie de Montréal' fire stations 20 and 25, in the downtown area of the city, as well as police cars of the ‘Service de police de la Ville de Montréal’ (SPVM), and ambulances of ‘Urgencies-santé’, the public emergency medical service for the city. This is my first ever video from Montréal, so let me know in the comments if you enjoyed it and also tell me what you think of the vehicles!

Great catches! Pumper 220 was responding to a Medical Emergency, as First Responders. Pumper 2080 is a reserve pumper. Both pumpers were manufactured by Maxi Metal in the Beauce region of Quebec. The dept. has several new Pierce, Rosenbauer, and previously ordered from E One. Ambulances are a bright yellow/green for visibility especially in Winter. Montreal has both the MX151 on Ford E350 chassis (same as BCAS) and MX164 on GM chassis both manufactured by Demers. Paramedics use Ford Explorer's for rapid response, ALS, Supervisors. Tactical Paramedics use F150's and Ambulances. The SPVM Police are gradually changing over from white to the dark blue pattern, They ordered several Ford Explorer Hybrid Police pack's as well as Dodge Chargers.
