I can't believe the newsstand is selling for that much more than a direct copy. I generally don't assign any more value newsstand copies more than a direct, but I know others do, that's what is great about this hobby. Congrats on the pick up.

Gee idk, sounds like it's been pressed already because no mention of polybage crease on back cover. A 9.2 just sold for $3651 a few weeks ago.
I never thought I would get this book because it just wasn't desired yet recently I came across a cgc 9.2 direct signed by Clayton at a Card & Comics show and paid $450. Gpa is $900 and it needs the polybag crease pressed out, so like you I'll hope for upgrades on our copies. 🤞

I think the regular edition is overpriced. The variant and the newsstand command about the same price, but in my mind the newsstand is king!
Great book Jamie loooobe that book. Here’s a good question if I have say 10-15k exposable income would u grab 2 UF4 1:25 copies or a golden age Detec 69 or any big Dc golden age. Love to hear your thoughts
Great Question. In my mind I put the 1:25 variants in the same place I put Silver Age books (very popular, good opportunity to grow, a little volatile). I’m always in the hunt for GA grails. If I had the money and one of my GA wish list books came up for sale, the GA book will always win! 🧐🙂🍻
