There is One God, He exists as three persons., each person is fully God.. This is the definition and the doctrine hinges on these three statements. if any one of it is false, the hinge breaks and doctrine collapses. Ontological equality and economic sub-ordination is defined as all three are equal in essence, in divinity but there is sub-ordination in roles. Son does not do other than what the Father says and Holy Spirit come forth out of father and son and prophecies what the son said. but the speakers have not told why does it matter if God exists as Tninity and what is its implication upon families or church. what does this doctrine convey. so what if God exists as Trinity in Heaven and how does it matter to us on earth??? if we try to understand Trinity as Doctrine, we may fail but we must understand it as a divine concept for our practical life. if we dont explain it, then doctrines like Modalism, Arianism, Sub-ordinationalism, Adoptionism, Filioque, Tritheism will come into picture. Trinity is a mystery like Christology .. these two fundamental to Christian faith. Our Christian Faith depend upon these are foundational doctrines. [

A HUGE MISUNDERSTANDING: no third divine person, thus no Trinity exists! Jesus has the Father who IS HERE and is a spirit "God is a spirit.". That "Father WHO IS A SPIRIT" is called "FATHER" by Jesus. But inversely the "SPIRIT who is the Father" (nothing changes, He is the same God, Jesus just emphasizes He is a spirit) is called "HOLY SPIRIT" by Jesus. You can figure it out from the speech about the TWO blasphemies, where the second blasphemy of course must be directed to the Father. There Jesus REVEALS us that "Holy Spirit" is the personal name given by Him to the "Spirit who is the Father", in order to distinguish Him from other spirits (e.g., from the Spirit of truth). Therefore "HOLY SPIRIT" is simply a SECOND EQUIVALENT NAME of "FATHER," NOT a third divine person. The two fully EQUIVALENT NAMES are used interchangeably in the various events disclosed by the gospels (Mary's pregnancy, Jesus' baptism (the Father - AKA Holy Spirit - speaks and takes actions in heaven), help given to Jesus in his journey into the wilderness and in speaking, the 2 blasphemies...).
You have proof that the name "Holy Spirit" identifies the Father: the Holy Spirit is with Jesus, but you know that THE FATHER is the ONLY ONE Person with Jesus "I am not ALONE because the Father is with me" (reiterated many times in all different ways). Therefore, the Holy Spirit with Jesus can only be the Father, who is the ONLY PERSON there with Him.
