Eclipse magnetic chuck tear down and cleaning

I partially tear down my eclipse chuck to clean it so it moves freely

Good work. I have an Eclipse chuck and it is also hard to move the handle. Not as bad as yours though. My issue is, I can't get those locating pins/dowel pins out. They are solid!

Are you sure that you’re hitting them on the correct (small) side? They are taper pins.
