His preschool called us in and said if there had been a bruise anywhere other than his butt, they were required by law to call in on us. But, different states could be that way.

I believe the parents should be held accountable regardless of race. If your teen is involved in a gang and terrorizing the community, the mother or father obviously failed to give their child a proper upbringing and should be penalized with their child.

The sound of the music is even made to be depressing nowadays on purpose. How about you start throwing the book at these criminal children. A parent can't force their teenage kids to do anything. Once they leave the house for the day their decisions are their own. Parents can only do their best in teaching kids to have good morals and such. The problem is that the Justice system coddle too many of these kids. A kid can commit crimes and use a Y.O (youthful offender) which seals their record when they turn 18...this teaches nothing. Start handing out 20 amd 30 yr sentences. I bet you'll see juvenile crimes drop.
