Khan's voice is just unique and amazing:) My guess is that he is not even giving it all in their songs, he can sing very high. One of the reasons I like this singer even more is cause my bf and him have same date of birth, but khan is 18 yrs older:P

I love kamelot. I started listening to you guys when Roy was the front man. However I have to give credit where it's due. Tom is a great singer as well. Both Roy and Tom are awesome. And Kamelot as a whole is still doing great music.

The song is about Thomas Youngblood's mother. This was verified in multiple interviews, as well as implied by the lyrics.
He and his mother were both born during Spring months, which might be the root of the song title.

Actually I think I like Kamelot's older stuff better (with Khan though, not before him). And I was thinking the same thing about the Nightwish situation... 5 whole years and people still can't accept that Tarja got booted out. Let's hope Kamelot fans are more rational :L

Actually, Roy's great-grandfather (on his father's side) moved from the U.S. (Boston) to Thailand. There is a great Roy Khan interview from 4/1/10 where he mentions it.

Me too. That's why I'm now thinking about not seeing them September 9. But it depends on these 2 factors: If they get a replacement, and if the replacement is decent. But no voice can match what Roy Khan brought to the table :(

@toncarmelo Let's no say that. Kamelot will be Kamelot, with or without Khan. Still, Kamelot won't be the same without him. I still hope for a surprising comeback.

@Areyth well I knew it`s too god to be true- found out a couple of secs later that Roy is actually European- then my world made sense again- it still seems symphonic to me though...all that powerful vibrato- doesn`t tend to anything else to me-personally :P
