- Beef steak sliced - 500 grams
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp Chinese cooking wine
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 2 tbsp Corn starch
Pepper sauce:
- 100ml Stock
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp Chinese cooking wine
- 1 tbsp Black pepper
- 1 tbsp Corn starch
- 1 tbsp Brown sugar
Stir fry marinated beef
- with 4 tbsp Neutral oil
Stir fry vegetables
- with 4 tbsp Neutral oil
- 1 tbsp Ginger, julienned
- 1 tbsp Garlic, chopped
- 1 white onion, wedges
- 1 red Capsicum, cubed
- 1 green Capsicum, cubed
