Tried this tonight and oh my goodness the beef was so nice and tender! Absolutely Loved it! Will definitely keep this in my rotation!😋 Thank You for sharing
Looks great--love stir fry! Going to try this plant-based as I have a family history of Cancer so need to avoid the igf-1, BLV and DDT in meat. Thanks so much for sharing
🎯 Key Takeaways for quick navigation: 00:13 🥩 Cut beef for stir-fry in diagonal strips, not too thick or thin, and always cut against the grain to avoid overcooking. 00:40 🍖 Pat dry beef before cooking to achieve a nice char and prevent steaming in its juices. 01:10 🌶️ Use freshly ground black pepper for maximum flavor in dishes like black pepper stir-fry. 02:37 🍳 When stir-frying beef, divide it into batches for better charring and avoid overcooking. 03:56 🍽️ The stir-fry results in tender, juicy beef with a pronounced black pepper fragrance and a delightful combination of flavors.
YUM!!!! I was out of beef so improvised with pork loin chop that I cut off the bone. I also added a little bok choy and thin cut celery and added the hint of rice wine you suggested. So delicious ❤❤
I leave the slices in the fridge, uncovered, for a couple of hours to finish drying it off. Then, I let it get to room temperature, patting it again, marinating it.
I you can!! However just make sure you fry it till it’s nice and dry otherwise it might end up overpowering the taste of black pepper which is supposed to be the star of the dish.
Hi your recipe in the description and the video doesnt match. In the description you have mentioned 3 onions but in the video you use only half. Also you have used capsicum in the video but no mention of it in the description.
He’s put bell pepper instead of capsicum (same thing) and maybe for the onion he means 1/3 of an onion? There’s no way he’s gone from “about half” to 3 🤣

Hi chef, can we substitute the black vinegar to balsamic vinegar? Or it will give more tanginess to the food?

Hey there, it’s similar but balsamic is slightly sweeter. You can use balsamic in this dish.
