These videos are great, the PTO's are badass! Especially that Captain. Keep up the good work, these are a lot more well made than other department recruit videos. Definitely liked the longer style video too!
This is the lessons we try to teach. Not everyone has had the same upbringing. We try to teach we are a team and we grow together. 27 individuals becoming 27 team members is what we strive for.
The slackers and the people with bad attitudes in academy that squeak through and make it NEVER become great firefighters. I haven't seen it once, and I know I never will.
