Underperforming? Bayern won the Triple before he came to Munich. 🤔 Manchester City won with Pelligrini 2013 the League. 2014 second place and 2015 was the amazing Leicester Saison. Definitly Pep never took a sacked or underperforming Club.
@@w0lfgang2812 Man City were an old and badly mismanaged team when he took over. Pellegrini won the PL based on Mancini's team with 2 or 4 new players, and then took the team backwards each season he was there to being as bad as when Mark Hughes was the manager. He left Pep with Sagna (34), Kolarov (31), Zabaleta (32), Yaya Toure (34), Clichy (31) & Caballero (35) all past their prime and needing to be replaced and Nasri who was totally out of shape and went out on loan, never to return, not to mention Fernando & Mangala who were basically shown the door. He had a total rebuild to do which took him 3 transfer windows and the season after he took over they got to 100 points, which shows how bad of a state Pellegrini left the club in. If you look at the season that Leicester won the title it is criminal that Pellegrini didn't win it, but then again he played a high defensive line with a 35 year old Demichelis and a couldn't give a damn and very lazy Yaya Toure in midfield who didn't even bother to jog bag, let alone run back to help out. The idiot also signed Wilfried Bony and overruled the DoF who had a deal agreed to sign Dybala. Man City just, and I mean JUST scraped 4th place in the last game of the season before Pep arrived, so his rebuild job was much bigger than anyone gives him credit for. Pellegrini won the PL title due to an amazing 2014 season out of Yaya Toure and big players having big moments (Dzeko away at Everton and Crystal Palace, injured Aguero vs Spurs away, etc). The buzz of his first couple of months had worn off by new year and they lost stupid points that any decent manager would not have lost due to his rigid sticking to the same tactics no matter what. Klopp. What he did with Mainz and Dortmund with low budget is just amazing. He started with Mainz 05 a Team at risk to get relegated in the 3rd german League. He saved Mainz and later climbed up in the 1. BUNDESLIGA. He started at Dortmund, when Dortmund was longer time in the middle of table. He brought BVB back to top an reached 2 League titel in a row and 2012 the double. 2013 he was in the final of Champions League and kicked out Real Madrid. And we also know the story with Liverpool. Mourinho is legendary. But i dont feel right when people say Mourinho won it with porto and inter as if those were weak teams. Porto had players like deco ricardo Carvalho paulo Ferreira maniche costinha etc all of whom were top class players and this team was made of a significant number of Portuguese players who were part of the Portugal squad which came 2nd in Europe 2004 and reached semi finals of world Cup 2006. And also his inter squad Julio cesar maicon lucio walter samuel cambiasso zanetti sneijdar motta etoo diego milito every single one of these belonged to the topmost category of players in their positions. Sure Mourinho obviously worked a lot to bring these teams where they were never disregarding that for an instant but fans sometimes behave as if those were the worst teams ever to win ucl when in fact they were pretty strong teams
Klopp is te best, ele tem esses números sem nunca ter o melhor time, ele Torna os melhores jogadores. Mainz?? Bvb?? Liverpool?? Ferguson broke up the Scottish domination of Celtic and Ranger, AND won a European trophy with Aberdeen... THEN he brought Man Utd, a team that was a terrible mid table team up to domination.... and dominated ALL COMERS until he retired, including Mourinho, Wenger, and others... Pep has ALWAYS had the best team and resources... Barcelona were the best - heck even you and I could have won trophies with that team!! ... then he went to Bayern - another team that was best in country.... and then off to Man City where Ferguson had retired and Utd fell dramatically... and City was the richest and bought there way - just like Chelsea did. Arguable the best man manager in History, imagine managing a player like Eric Cantona? Goat in EPL, 2nd Goat in football 3. Pep Guardiola Made tiki taka and possession football famous and modernized which he obviously learned from the Dutch legend Johan Cruyff. Won 3 UCLs with 2 teams, and built the Greatest team of all time Barca era. Dominated EPL for the last 6 years and won 4 EPLs in a row the only manager who did it. Criticisms, known to avoid confrontations with players. Not always the most likable manager. 4. Jose Mourinho Won 2 UCLs with 2 teams came from nothing which is absolutely remarkable. Guarantees Silverwares to the cabinet for a team every teams he manages except Spurs cuz they sacked him before the final, what a dumb move by Spurs. He also provides football heritage for long years success for teams such as Chelsea and Real Madrid. One of the most loved managers by players too. Criticism, when he doesn't like a player's playstyle, he leaves out the player completely. 5. Jurgen Klopp Transformed Dortmund in the 2010's onwards to UCL final level, Brought Dortmund to win 2 League titles the last time Dortmund won the league. Transformed Liverpool from a dying era, won the league and won the UCL for Liverpool and brought them beliefs. The most loved manager alongside Ancelotti. Criticism, He should have won at least 1 or 2 more EPL but 90+ points were not enough to beat Pep's City. Now that's how you make a list, and what's your argument?
the problem of this kinds of statistics are that we can't see, in which state the Team Manager got the Team. Example Pep has always great player in Barcelona, Bayern and Man City, but couldnt win exect Barcelona the UCL. Pep never train a "second level club". Klopp hive all clubs to the next level, like Mainz, Dortmund or Liverpool. Dortmund was almost in the 2. Bundesliga, but 5 years later in the UCL final. Liverpool was in PL in a range between 4-6 number, today they are top 2-3.

If you are all about number of trophies, then sir alex. if you are all about statistics - achievements depending on your games, then it's zidane. If you're about winning with underdogs, then Jose. if you're about winning with any team the UCL, then it's anceloti. It's a no-brainer, and for the record sir Alex Ferguson also manage a team in the lower division in Scottish football where he record success before moving to Aberdeen where he break the dominance of rangers and Celtic (Monopoly) by winning the League and also winning the European cup winners cup before moving to United well of course we all know the success he was there, so because of this fact it think sir Alex Ferguson is the best and his longevity is insane he managed professional football for almost 40 years or so bringing success to everyteam he managed, but long and short I think he is the best because he grows with football
alex is an absolute beast of a coach but honestly if u look at the win rated pep is technically the best coach and even though you may say oh but it was easy for him because he managed the best clubs well i guess he just didn’t like building a team from the ground up, but he did rebuild the teams that he managed in a strategic way and rebuild the teams moral aswell
1. Klopp 2.SAF 3.Pep 4.Jose 5.Carlo 6. Zinedine The reason of Klopp 1st because he got Mainz in highest Bundesliga. In Dortmund he created Lewa as a beast and Liverpool is shining this season with him. SAF 2nd because he just was unstoppable with man u Pep 3rd cause he is really good and didn't get sacked once but he picked all the best teams in world like Barca Bayern City ect. 4. I can’t listen when people say Pep always has great players on his team. Messi, Iniesta, Xavi, Busquets, De Bruyne were not so great before but under Pep they become legends
You did not include Fergusons time at Aberdeen, why? Ferguson is the greatest because he was able to that successful predominantly at one club with his 26 years at Manchester United. The others did it by jumping from one team to another when they were peaking and this they always had great teams without really having to build a team or take them through any rebuilds either. Very difficult to make these kind of comparisons.
Ferguson will always be number 1 in my opinion. He has always been with Man utd from the 80s till the mid 2010s. You see his win loss record and you are questioning why the other managers have a better ratiom than him, then ask yourself football fan why? Because he was in the premier league for his entire career, we are talking about the most competitive league in the world. For ever a GOAT
Sir Alex is far greater than Pep. You have to understand the magnitude of what he did with the players that he had. He won leagues with players like Anderson, Rafael, Jones and Welback...to be fair they weren't always the cream of the crop but they played as a force. That's all down to the coach. I doubt Pep could do that. The closest coach to Sir Alex on this list is Klopp.
Yes, but when he started in the EPL, EpL was junk. Just 2 teams competing at that time. United and Arsenal. Basically was united all the way. 10 titles in 11 years, come on. Also he never left England. I think Pep without any doubt if we were objective, without the "Tshirt on".
I like Wenge the best. Among these head coaches, Ancelotti is the best. He became champions in Italy, England, Germany, France and Spain. Also he has CL titles.
It's clear that Pep is a goat of all time. However a lot of people don't accept the fact and they are jealous of him. He also spends his money wisely. Except for Jack,
Tbh, for a greatest ever comparison is almost an insult Zidane being there. He just started. Ferguson has some expressive numbers and monopolized a major league like the Premier for such a long time too without always having endless money to invest. Mourinho did had some exceptional yrs but has been pretty inconsistent for a while, not to mention his overly inflated ego. Pep has been impressive tbh, sure, he got into some amazing clubs from the start, with a lot of resources and a solid base at disposal but others also did and failed, while he consistently succeeded wherever he went and in a very dominant way too. Ancelotti has won a lot and very remarkable trophies all over the major leagues but he also has lot more time than the others and also big fails. Klopp literally made miracles with lot less resources until getting to this point, but although i also admire his work and loveable personality, football is about results and hes far behind the others still. Hard to decide but i suppose ill go with Pep. Fergusson did an outstanding work as a coach and manager for a long time and made history whit Man Utd but Pep did almost similar as coach but in completely different major leagues, winning all in Spain, Germany and now England.

As a Liverpool supporter, I'm really honored to have Klopp managing our Team. He is a very good coach, and I think that he would have way more titles if he wasn't unlucky
For example: 2018 ucl final was one of the biggest disasters of both Liverpool and Klopp, like, Liverpool could keep up with Real if they hadnt their best attacker and goalkepper injured
Great coach!
His biggest problem is that he doesn’t like letting players go. Any other manager would have sent bobby firmino back to Brazil by now.
@@ngolokante3260 Hmm. That's probably one of his best attributes, knowing when to let a player leave. Why would you want to let Bobby leave now? He's been one of our best players this season, easily. All the other players love him as well. It would be criminal to let him go.

Pep worked a miracle turning what he inherited in to what it became (Sterling, Otamendi & Fernandinho were poor compared to what they became later and Silva & Aguero stepped up a level under Pep).

You see his win loss record and you are questioning why the other managers have a better ratiom than him, then ask yourself football fan why? Because he was in the premier league for his entire career, we are talking about the most competitive league in the world.
For ever a GOAT
Sir Alex Ferguson is the best
Absolute legend.
League Stats - Pep
Champion League - Pep
Other Domestic - Pep
Total Club - Pep
Titles Won - Ferguson
I Think Pep Is Best I,m Liverpool Fan
Pep Guardiola record is great
Only thing he lacks is knockout punch
Marcello Lippi is the first one that won Champion league and Continental cup (with Juventus), and world cup with national team (Italy)

Yes, when his club outspent EVERYONE in English football and had NO competition. 2 lucky CL wins in 26 years!
Alex Ferguson is best of all. But Jurgon Kloop is my favourite.
World class managers indeed.
Instead of Zidane, there could have been Wenger
1.Guardiola
2.Sir Alex Ferguson
3.Mourinho
4.Ancelotti
5.Klopp
6.Zidane
The best manager is Alex Ferguson
Legend of the game indeed.
For me Jurgen klopp is the best 😉❤👌

I like Wenge the best. Among these head coaches, Ancelotti is the best. He became champions in Italy, England, Germany, France and Spain. Also he has CL titles.

It's clear that Pep is a goat of all time. However a lot of people don't accept the fact and they are jealous of him. He also spends his money wisely. Except for Jack,
Wow to me I go with pep Guardiola and zidane although I respect Sir Alex among the old Managers but interm of UCL trophie Carol and zidane re the best
Pep Guardiola is the G.O.A.T jus look at his numbers.....win ...win....win he is amazing ...he wins a lot

I think zidane bacause he win a World Cup
He won it as a player, not as a manager. This is manager career comparison bro
Modern times zizou had most success as a manager. He earned his right to be there
1. Sir Alex the biggest!!
He built a wining culture at manchester united
2. Special One
3. pep
All are very good
Indeed.
