The acting by both was phenomenal, which elevated every moment, making it that more heart-wrenching.
Jodie had done 2 previous Hollywood films with enormous scale, and here is a relatively simple camera shot, and the performances given by these two actors just showed that the good acting just foremost important in shots, not how much money you throw into it but the sincerity and the talents of the cast and crew. And good platform that knows how to appreciate. Not because of the potential of monetisation. Jodie way to go! Your name got to be bigger and bigger. What a rising star.
Agreed - brilliant acting , writing and production- congratulations to all involved
Stephen Graham is an extraordinary actor he is so different in every role he plays.
Something magical about watching these two. They bring you to the room with them and make you feel everything they feel. They're flawless.
Jodi Comer and Stephen Graham are two of my fave actors so them being in a show together is amazing. The acting in Help was superb by both
I only recently discovered Comer. Amazing actress.
I love that she waits for him to remember the word Christmas.
It’s most people’s instinct to finish the sentence for them, but with his condition, waiting for it to come back to him just gives him that dignity.
The acting by both Stephen and Jodie were astounding.....it broke my heart,my daughter is a care worker and worked through the pandemic and it was so upsetting to see what all care homes were faced with at the time....this should be watched by everyone, especially Liz Trust who believes people don't work hard enough.....this drama should win every award possible.truly touching.it will stay with you for awhile after.
If Jodie wasn't an actress she'd make an incredible care worker. I worked in a nursing home as a care worker and I also did acting for years. You can just see her natural empathy and warmness come through in this role, no wonder she won an award for it, she's incredible.
Stephen graham and Jodie comer easily the 2 best actors in England without a doubt 👍👍👍❤️❤️😂xx
Average wage for a care worker £8.50???????
Premiership footballer ££££
What an insult.
Jodie is phenomenal😭😍🙏🏻
I love she finally did something with her real accent. I love her scouse accent wish she got to use it more in her films/shows
Stephen is the best emotional actor IMO
Just finished watching this - amazing acting performances from both Stephen Graham and Jodie Comer. Some scenes were heartbreaking.
Jodie Comer is in a class of her own when it comes to acting.
They were both out of this world🌹🌹🙏🙏♥️♥️
Yeah watching this made me cry for a good hour I love jodie comer to bits
Bless you Tommy - I could have joined you 😢xx
@Toria News crazy because my mum was in a care home during the pandemic but I was very lucky they let me visit her everyday
She's an extraordinary actress. And Graham...I was SURE he was an italian american (which I am) actor when I saw him play Capone in "Boardwalk Empire," was stunned when I found out he's a brit.
I wish we had good gear like this here in Australia. TV over here is total garbage. Jodie Comer and Stephen Graham - bliss,. Together!!!??? Heaven.
I have got to see this. Thx for posting.
Seen this actor in Irishman.
He is very very good!
Omg I used to play this card game a lot growing up
I love their accents, theres something about a scouse accent thats just so musical
