Have you seen cases of nerve damage due to an improperly placed injection? One of the immunizations we recieved was in the upper buttock, and the first time went well for me with little pain aside from temporary soreness. The second time though I noticed much higher pain upon injection, and since then (4 years ago) I have pain that lasts anywhere from a few days to a few weeks, then I'll have some good days, and it'll happen again. When it gets bad it's a sharp stabbing pain from the injection area down into my upper thigh, and it has made my leg give out in the past, either keeping me from standing up out of a seat, or almost falling anytime it spikes up while walking. It's very hard to deal with and I can no longer do manual labor, which is all I knew for work.

@@cherylagyemane8672 I was service connected for several cranial nerves on the left and right side. The VA examiner checked them on the DBQ. I had also submitted my own private DBQ which identified 1 cranial nerve but it’s severity was greater than what the examiner checked for the same nerve. The VA deferred their decision on this contention for further development. At the time they service connected me for some other contentions. The VA asked for a secondary medical opinion. They asked the doctor providing the medical opinion to verify that the nerves identified in the DBQ are a progression of my service connected condition and to also verify the severity of the cranial nerve identified on my private DBQ. The doctor providing the medical opinion confirmed that the cranial nerves the examiner checked on the DBQ were a progression. Because I had so many the VA obtained a second opinion and I feel that’s what eventually contributed to my service connection. I also had 4 years worth of medical evidence and lay statements.
I was rated 20%flat foot in 1983 how do I go about filing a claim
Get with a vso
Does the VA have a rating for phripial neuropathy?
@EdwardSauer, we have a blog that may be helpful to you. Check it out: cck-law.com/blog/peripheral-neuropathy-and-va-disability-benefits/
I'm rated 0% for Radiculopathy, Right Upper Extremity I have pain in my chest numbness hands and feet how can I increase this rating
Get with a vso and start reviewing the 38 cfr and m 21. Manual and take control of your claim
How do I get rated, I have no use of my legs. I have a spinal cord injury and nuropithy in both hands and feet
And I'm prescribed oxycodone 15 mg 3 X day, I have muscle spasms so server my legs draw up to my chest. I have a power chair that looks like a space ship taking off and I never get any relief from the pain even with the pain medication

I have rediular pain listed in my conditions. I claimed it as a secondary condition due to my spondolysis of the L5-S1. Could the VA still deny my claim? P.S it causes me horrible pain and is effecting my ability to work. I have already had to give up my career as a paramedic.
Did you get your rating squared away?
Hello, I have a very high disability rating and I have been fighting with the va over service connected injuries also 2, sets of medical practice on the record. Could one of you please contact me , I don’t know what to do.
?
The VA has rated me for radiculopahty in both legs but haven't rated me for peripheral poly neuropathy, are they the same?
Look at the m21 manual
What is your rating for radiculopathy? I just had my c&p a few weeks ago
@@elinino5275 20% rt, 10%lf
@@edsauer4702 wow that's interesting 🤔 20 & 10. But it's the VA so it doesn't surprise me🙄
@@elinino5275 yeah, I know.... it is the VA.... and they aren't there for you. I guess it probably was the crappy rep I had and the way he filed my claim for increase on the back problems and the c&p doctor didn't even review my c files. So now I have a slew of secondary claims under review and I'll see how they screw over me. BTW, it took the VA 40yrs to recognize my injuries from the service.
If you have a spinal cord injury you need to get ahold of the paralyzed veterans of America (PVA)
How long out of service ¡
You all did a great job! I was hoping to hear about foot drop and it connects with paraylsis nerve damage.
Neuropathy: surgery to neck will cause nerve damage that will cause tingling in legs and hand which cause sever pain
What about P.A.D.
Can permanent and total ever be changed?
Yes but not likely
It does no good to the Vetran to tell the VA of the conditions because they’ll do their best to prove you wrong!
I take it youve never looked at the cfr 38 or m 21 manual have you?
OMG
Why is um used at every 3rd word she says? Very annoying
