These like most super shoes are indeed made for faster runners. Most brands now have a daily trainer shoe out with the nice pebax foam(different brands have different names for it) as these have and those are much better suited for slower runs. But even those are made the elites in mind so pick a pair that is well ventilated, the ufo grade runners want shoes that keep their feet warm when running their easy runs 4:40 per km :D
Just grabbed a pair online last night. Out of the blue, wasn't expecting any in stock but they released a new colorway a few days ago. Dealing with some knee pain a month out from my first marathon... along with seeing a running PT I am hoping these shoes help me get through at a reasonable pace. Thanks for the review!
@@erikvillarreal4409 thought i replied earlier so sorry if two came thru but Baltimore Oct 19th. Watched some other vids that have me second guessing this shoe as being too aggressive for 4hrs+ on the feet 😭
I’m trying to work on getting away from heel striking as much as possible. I contribute that to one of the reasons for my heel injury. Appreciate the feedback. The carbon plate will help either way!
@@erikvillarreal4409 i wouldnt go for such an extreme shoe for that the full carbon fiber plate tire your feet more i would just buy normal forefoot striking shoes w/o carbon fiber plate those racing shoes are for races and personal records especially if you start with forefoot running you dont need the push from the shoe you need to go slow

they are NOT meant for a gravel trail they are a road shoe

These are made for fast pace, and mostly forefoot strikers that is why it sounds load because like me you also heal slash mid-foot striker.

If you are a serious road racer and are light in body weight....yes ..they are worth the cost.
