You can stop the squeaking, By puting some wd40 or some light oil, on the air units where they are glued to the shoe, Mine had the same thing out of the box they squeaked so loud, haha
@@metalsadman Was a sugestion, I persnoally didnt use WD40 on my shoes, i only put a drop of a slicone base oil, which is alot more firendly for rubber my shoes will be long worn out before it effects the rubber compund :)

wd40 is bad for rubber, I hope you didn't ruin your shoe.

Which one is better adidas adios pro 3 or alphafly 3? If we have one option to choose
alphafly 3 by a mile IMHO, upper, lacing, heel lock of the adios pro 3 is horrible. Tried the alphafly 3 and weeks later bought another pair.
I would try both to see for yourself! Everyone's feet are different so depending on how it fits you you might prefer one over the other!

Form looked a bit clunky on that lap. Mostly has to do with the shoe though. They don’t really “work” until you’re hitting that sub 7 min/mile range.
